My nails were done beautifully....strong, sterdy , and flawless. I had to wait about ten minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, the service was inconsistent and low staffed for that day. The owner was very nice and was careful when it came to different procedures. In my previous experience was also amazing the nails stayed on for about a month or two after I got them done! I will recommend this place for anyone to go to, they have great prices and result in greatness every time!

I wasn't impressed for my first visit. To start It was a very messy environment & loud. I also find it ridiculous to charge $5.00 for a buffer & file. The language barrier is terrible as well. I could not understand what the ladies were saying to me half of the time... I came in for a gel fill and asked them to make my coffin shaped nails back to a square shape which they said that they could do. All of my nails are different shapes - not filed properly. One of my nails were missing completely, so they had to put a new one on on and that nail is the worst one out of all. They did not paint the top edge of my nails as well which I find very upsetting as the whole nail should be covered from tip to bottom. I also had to wait fifteen minutes when I made an 11am appointment. Very unimpressed.

The pedicure was lovely but when it came to my nails they were cheap on their products. I asked for a French manicure on acrylic nails, instead of doing the acrylic and painting or airbrushing the French, she used white tips. This would’ve worked if she applied more than one thing layer of acrylic powder... my nails are so thin I’m scared they are about to break. Minutes after I left the salon the tips were chipping. I went back and the man only put another layer of top coat and white shellac underneath to conceal it. What I asked for is NOT what I got. Not only that they charged an additional $7 for length, but when I initially asked she did not mention they charge for length. OVER PRICED FOR LOW QUALITY. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great place to get pedicure done. I’m a runner and came to Thunder Bay to test out the trails. Make sure you call and make a reservation as they’re busy but don’t expect them to wait for you if you’re late as they’re constantly getting walk-ins. I think one of the managers sick and in the hospital so that’s probably why they are understaff. Wishing the best of luck to Diva Nails family members. I’ll come back again next time I’m in town.

We scheduled an appointment for 6 inidividuals and they were a half hour late even getting to us. They did not have any kind of conversation with us during our manicures. A few days later when my shellac manicure bubbled and cracked I called and they refused to refund the manicure. They did fix the effected nails and I had slightly better customer service that visit.

Well I use to bite my nails pretty bad. Went to visit my brother and dad and just stopped biting all the sudden.. My daughter was going to get her nails done so I went with her. Didn't think they would be able to do anything to mine. But wow Corey looked at my nails and he said no problem. He did such an amazing job.

I went to get a full set of acrylics and not only did the lady doing them rush as fast as she could, she was also very aggressive when using the power buffer and cut my skin multiple times. the shapes of each nail are all different, all slightly different lengths, and the worst quality I've ever received. She had me pay before she did the colour, and god I wish I hadn't because the colour was done awfully. she slapped on the first coat thick as can be and didn't even give it time to dry before slapping on another thick second coat and top coat. I was rushed out as soon as she finished with no drying time or anything "7 minutes to dry" half an hour later I go to grab something and it smudged. Thanks for the never drying thick coats. Never going back do not recommend. $50 for the worst nails I've ever received.
