I have been to so many different massage therapy clinics and experienced so many different levels of massage that coming here was absolute relief. I felt that Andrea really listened to me in terms of my "aches and pains". Suggestions were made on different ways to address them, which indicated vast knowledge within her own field of integrative medicine; as well as considerable knowledge of other therapies that may help. For someone like me, 59 years old trying to do physical activities of a 30 year old, her expertise and professionalism was extremely appreciated. The treatment itself was amazing! In fact, after I left there I went for a 15 min jog-something I haven't been able to do since November. The clinic itself exudes warmth and calm. As Andrea is the owner I'm sure she only hires the best of the best to work within her clinic. You can't go wrong whether you are looking for some pain relief or "just" relaxation. I visited Ryan for a hip injury which was preventing me from participating in running and yoga. Ryan is very knowledgeable giving me useful advice throughout the treatment. I left having a lot more mobility in the left hip and found myself being able to run again the very next day. I still need some work but mobility has greatly improved. I can now do a forward fold and touch my toes and then some which was almost impossible prior without excruciating pain. I was given useful exercises to complete at home. I highly recommend Ryan’s services as an Osteopath.

I have had so far 3 massage treatments from Andrea and I am afraid it will become a “must have” treatment on an ongoing basis. Each session was a massage focused on a different part/parts of the body and it felt really good and relaxing. I have to say that the abdominal one impressed the heck out of me. No more details on this, as you have to try it yourself. The visits to Wellness Junction will be continuing for a while.

Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and so patient. He took the time to listen to my challenges and understand my concerns. As he was working on me, he took the time to explain why he was doing it, how it'd help and how it translates back to strength training. I went in tight with limited mobility and in one session, I left with impressive range of motion, no pain and my fave tea in hand. Shortly after, I had stretching/mobility videos in my inbox to help between sessions. I have total trust in Ryan, his knowledge, and expertise.

From the online reservation to my treatment with Andrea my experience was fantastic. As an athlete (triathlete) my needs can be many. Andrea provided solutions to issues I was dealing with all the while giving me focused attention for the muscles that needed her expertise.
