Excellent experience at Wave! The facilities are beautiful and cleanly. I appreciated that the change rooms and showers were spacious. The pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation rooms were excellent. It was also nice that it wasn't over crowded! We will definitely be back!

Great place to relax for the day! Went with my friend for a nice spa day! We enjoyed all the amenities wave had to offer, we do wish some of the pools and rooms were a bit bigger due to the number of people that were there that day. Possibly implement a time limit for stays or less people per time slot! Other than that, it was so lovely! The food upstairs was good as well, love the pork belly baos!

My husband and I had a great experience at Wave Nordic this weekend. It’s a very clean facility with very friendly staff.

We have gone to other Nordic spas and this one has been our favourite. There are two steam rooms with two different scents, a large 3 tier sauna, cold plunge, a warm pool, hot tub, hot stone room, relaxation room, and tonnes of other places to sit and relax. The change rooms are beautiful and clean, unlike other places I’ve been to.

I would only take away half a star because during the busy time there was no room to go into the hot tub, it’s definitely on the smaller size but as soon as dinner time hit we were able to go in. I don’t know if this takes away from the experience but maybe putting some digital clocks in the rooms so you know how long you’ve been in for. There is a clock at the warm pool area but definitely hard to see with the steam coming up from the pool.

Other than that, I had nothing but good things to say. We will be back. Thank you to the staff for being so kind while we were checking out.

I went to The Wave for my birthday with a girlfriend and we had such a relaxing time. We loved the pools, sauna, and steam rooms that smelled of citrus and eucalyptus. We spent hours outside in the pools and hot tubs even did the cold plunge. After our day at the Spa we had reservations at the restaurant that night and I was shocked how beautiful the restaurant was! The food was so delicious and the staff were very helpful. Thank you for a amazing day at the Spa 🧖🏼‍♀️

I spent my 50th birthday here on Friday. We were welcomed with a complimentary tasty Mimosa and enjoyed all the many extra touches this amazing spa has to offer. From the aromatherapy steam rooms to the hot stone slab beds, the Relaxation room, this spa has everything you could need or want to help you feel relaxed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge pool too. The cherry on top might be the incredible Yonka skin care products they provide for you to use afterward. I found the facial mist to be so soothing after many hours in the sun at pool side. Thank you Wave for making my 50th an incredible day!!!

I have been to Wave in the early winter, twice and have loved both experiences. There are no shushers and quiet discussions are fine. A great spa choice if going with friends or someone you’d like to chat and catch up with. The amenities are gorgeous and the food is excellent.

There are no complementary hydration stations like other spas I’ve been to, so a water bottle is extra important to bring to this location. I have also been interested to book massage and esthetician services both times I’ve gone, but there hasn’t been staffing to allow for it. (Booked well in advance both visits.) would recommend and will visit again.

Really nice spa - loved all the pools. Had a very relaxing day with some gal pals. The complimentary mimosa was a nice surprise! Enjoyed having both quiet areas and other areas to chit chat. The hot pool is a little small and can get very crowded at times. I feel like for a spa, there could have been shampoo and conditioner in every shower stall and slippers provided.

We had the best time! Perfect girls day! Full access to all of the amenities followed by an incredible massage! Terra at the front desk was amazing! She provided a tour and complimentary mimosas! The sauna, steam rooms, hot stone beds and pools were relaxing and clean! We had a massage with Val and Trudy who were incredible! Finished off our day with a couple glasses of rose in the beautiful restaurant before our husbands picked us up. It was the perfect day! Thanks for having us!
