I loved their work here that I came back twice in one day lol first I got my false nails removed then got biogel on my natural nails 💅 I came back later with my bf for pedicures. Which included hot stones! They have lovely, new massage chairs 💺and minimal wait times. I will be coming back to try more of their services!

Pathetic experience, they ruined my daughter’s nails, without even correcting the mistake, despite her explaining the error multiple times in a polite manner. The nails were bumpy and the lines were not even shaped properly. In fact the paint strokes were visible and the nails weren’t properly shaped. We have had better experiences before at the same place but this time was an absolute letdown. They also started speaking in another language to show their disappointment when not tipped.Completely ruined her excitement and joy of getting them done.

Please be very careful! The nail technicians seem least bothered about doing their job! Mine had the power nail filer on me while chatting vehemently with colleagues and making four of my five fingers bleed. When i asked her to pay attention, she said that i have “too sensitive cuticles”. Didn’t care to even clean my hands before or after the process. My pedi was horrible as well! They insisted on cash only so i had to wait 20 minutes after so my husband could withdraw cash and bring to them!

the place is super spacious and clean. Employees are nice, i love my nails too except the girl who did them made some mistakes. Hopefully next time is better.

The worst my nails have ever looked. Took 2+ hours to do a basic square french tip (the easiest thing). In those 2+ hours my fingers were cut and drilled down improperly and my nails ended up still extremely thick, uneven, the wrong length, and wrong shape. There was a customer waiting for over half an hour for her appointment with the same lady doing my nails but since she was taking so long she had to leave. Terribly run business, no sense or respect for time management, and inconsistent talent across the staff. Some are great, others botch your nails and expect you to pay full price. I would recommend going to Queens in Oakville instead.

Got my eyebrows waxed here yesterday and the person who did it was very rough. Was on a mission to make sure I had as little eyebrows aa possible. To top it off she said I had - ‘not a nice shape of eyebrow’. This was coming from someone who pencils her’s in. Absolutely no class - won’t be back. Would not recommend
