Scam!!! Ruby is disrespectful, dismissive, unapologetic, and entitled. Avoid altogether for your own health.

I booked a session with them on Classpass. They changed their address but never updated it so I showed up to their old address (40km away) to be told that they closed.

When I called, the owner said I'd have to somehow drive 40km within an hour AND finish my 90-min session because she had another client coming at 5 (my booking was 4pm for 90 min) so she hinted that even if they had the correct address, I would have only gotten a fraction of my paid service.

The owner loosely said she would refund me but didn’t. I had to contact customer support and ask for their help to refund me. Sketchy owner and business.

Edit: You should not send an email and assume the other person got it. Basic business practice to post the correct address right? I find owner’s response to my review quite funny - I showed up 5 min prior to the posted address yet was called late. No point in showing your email records to anyone if you’re confident that you did the right thing 🙂 instead, learn to accept constructive criticism (change your address to the correct one) instead of attacking all your customers

I have been receiving hair laser removal and vaginal laser and I must say that I am very pleased with both services. Warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly well knowledgeable and gentle staff. I plan on adding the micro needling and very comfortable that this is my complete new medical spa. I definitely recommend Timeless Spa to all who are looking for a new place to experience a new beauty experience.
