Extremely pleased with my new combo brows..Its only week 3, and they look great. I had next to no brows and no shape. Now they look so natural. Katheryn is very professional. She takes her time explaining absolutely everything and takes away all your worries. The salon is lovely. Very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Katheryn to make your brows look great.

Katheryn is incredibly talented and professional! She created the perfect look I wanted that would help with the health of my natural lashes. This was my first experience ever and they are exactly what i wanted, lightweight, and beautifully shaped/seamless. I am someone that gets irritated wearing falsies for more than an hour so i can attest that these are very comfortable! She really took the time to understand what i liked about my reference photos and answered all my questions before, during, and after the service. Her attention to detail, use of high-quality products, and clean, relaxing studio make the experience flawless. Im not only obsessed with how comfortable and friendly she was but also the lash work and have already gotten so many compliments, with a friend already planning to book with her soon. I also received a care package with products and info on how to take care of my lashes afterward. Genuinely highly recommend Katheryn for all your lash needs!

My first visit to the Willow Salon for microblading ( Combo). Went in with a friend of mine and Katheryn was super friendly. Her salon is clean and very comfy. She is very knowledgeable with what she does. Went in knowing that she will do a great job for even during the initial registration she already explained how the procedure will be done, what my expectations are and did some health teachings. Glad I took the time because everything went so smoothly since Katheryn explained the procedure step by step as she went along.
Now, I am another happy client of hers because my eyebrows look amazing. In fact, as a result, my friend who witnessed the procedure is also convinced to have her eyebrows done next month.

I don't know where to begin! Kathryn exceeded EVERY expectation I ever had!!! I was afraid going in because of horrible experiences I've had with previous make up artists... From the moment I stepped in, Kathryn exuded a very warm and extremely professional personality. I trusted her right away and felt very confident she knew what she was doing!

She listened to what I wanted and took her time to make sure she understood and executed the plan to a T.
