I recently purchased a hot tub from them. I had a Beachcomber that lasted over 19 years. We decided to shop around and to be honest we were likely going to go with what we knew for 19 years which was Beachcomber and was the first store we visited at their warehouse. But I read so many positive reviews about Sundance I wanted to give them a chance. My experience with them was phenomenal. It was so much better than Beachcomber even though I would have been a return customer. They spent so much time telling me about their products and were very patient and enthusiastic to please. They have their own service division for their own hot tubs so you know if anything happens you will be taken care of. To be honest I thought my mind was going to be made up with Beachcomber before I visited Sundance but their professionalism enthusiasm and great customer service quickly changed my mind. I was so confident with Sundance I purchased the tub that day and was comfortable doing so with having a tub for 19 years and knowing a lot about hot tubs. The other place… they spent 5 minutes, told me the price and said call them back if interested. I would highly recommend Sundance. I went back in a couple of weeks later to finalize payment and it was someone else in the store. It didn’t matter. He was just as helpful and friendly. Just an amazing experience from the beginning. And the delivery people they use are also incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are in the market for a hot tub you have to visit them. The products have had good feedback from people I have talked to as well. Try them!

We have the "Constance" hot tub from the Select Series. The team was very thorough and patient when explaining how everything works and how to get water chemistry right. Installation in our backyard was tricky but the crew moved around all the obstacles and placed it without a hitch. After-sale service has been very good so far (free water testing and more information about water balance) and a few things have been taken care of under warranty.
Overall, we are happy with the purchase and the service.

April 2019 Update: We continue to use the tub on a regular basis. The store employees are always helpful and offer good advice on maintenance. Water chemistry maintenance has gotten much easier with time and experience. I also appreciate the seasonal discounts (sign up for the newsletter) on chemicals, filters and the UV bulb.

September 2019 Update:
Just did pre-winter maintenance; empty water, clean the tub, replace filters and re-fill as per store advice. Everything is good, we continue to enjoy the tub on a regular basis and it comes in handy during social gatherings.

June 2020 Update:
The tub has been an integral part of our backyard escape during the pandemic. Everything is working well so far and the kids are enjoying splashing around and having the shower sprinkler above their heads.

December 2022 Update:
We regularly use the tub and stock up on chemicals and filters at the Oakville Sundance store. The staff have always been helpful with advice about keeping water chemistry balanced.
The sunbrella cover has shown wear after about three years (right where the latches are) so we've been extra careful when opening and closing.

Sundance Oakville and Hamilton helped us to make the right decision and select the Optima Hot Tub, we couldn't be happier with our choice. I came to Sundance looking for something that we would primarily use in the winter and to help my with my chronic pain condition but we enjoy it so much we are still using it through the summer. Sundance made it easy and was there to fully install and set it up including the gazebo which we purchased through them. Any questions or concerns we have had they are just a phone call away.

I purchased a Finnleo sauna from the Oakville location in May 2024. The staff was super friendly and knew the product well. My sauna was delivered a week later AND set up by their team in under 2 hours . I could not have asked for better service .

I bought my first Sundance Spa some ten years ago and went with the Optima 880. I researched all manufacturers and found Sundance to be the right combination of quality, price and overall customer experience throughout the buying/education process. I had that spa for 6 years before I sold the house and moved leaving the spa behind.Through that 6 year ownership period I did have a few service calls which were always handled in a very prompt, thorough and courteous manner.

Fast forward to last year and I was back in the market for a new spa. I did the research again and the only logical choice for me was to, once again, go with Sundance. In what seems to be a bit of a slippery industry I just get a good feeling about dealing with the Sundance people and today my deicision was validated.

What triggered the writing of this review today was an email to their serivce department. I have had some concern with a stiff divertor valve so I thought I would reach out via email to ask a few questions. Incredibly, my phone rang within 90 seconds. I am not kidding, 90 seconds!! A very knowledgeable service professional from Sundance quickly assessed my issue and let me know that one of his service teams was 20 minutes away and could come immediately!! What? When does this ever happen?

Within minutes I got a call from Matt who was letting me know he was 11 minutes away. 11 minutes later two identical Sundance Spa Store service vans pulled in my driveway and Chris and Matt jumped out. They went straight to work and without hesitation replaced two parts, showed me that the issue was resolved and were on their way. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE professionalism and service.

Makes me feel so good about my decision to stick with Sundance!

Friendly staff and great customer service. Very supportive when it comes to maintenance, and they have a ton of great resources online to help out with that.

We purchased our hot tub during summer of 2021. Delivery and electrical install came included, just needed to put the pad down. Everything went smooth, and we've been enjoying it ever since.

A few months in, a defective sensor which was giving us heating issues. We logged the issue with service at 5pm, received a phone call 15 minutes later, and the repair (under warranty) was done the next morning. Stellar experience.

As a whole, the company seems to actively care about their products and customers. We were referred here by multiple people, and they all raved about the service and quality. They'll even send out emails when there are weather alerts, such as reminding you to clip down the lid during windy days.

We're just over a year in, and we're hoping to have this tub a long time. That said, when it does eventually need replacing, this is where we'll be going.

Incredible customer service and high quality products. Sundance goes above and beyond for their customers and don’t leave you high and dry like many companies do/would once you’ve made your purchase. We bought our hot tub approx. 2 years ago now and they’re just as quick to help out with advice and explanations as they were the day we bought it. Highly recommended for any and all hot tub needs.

We purchased our Sundance Optima with Sandy at the Spa store in Oakville. We wet tested a number of different brands and decided on Sundance and the Optima due to the superior product feel, experience and customer service. The delivery team showed up as scheduled and were friendly and efficient. Their aftercare service has been great - we needed additional details for installation in our deck and they went above and beyond to provide us with the specifications. We have been using our spa for a few years now and enjoy it almost every day! Our 3 and 5 year old have been in it constantly the past 5 months.
