Kathreine is an excellent technician, she puts all her energy into her profession, she take care of the client with a personal touch, she has a good behavior and her work is very clean and professional, we have been visiting the spa on Dundas for last 4 years and we are very happy with their work and skills., my wife and my family are visiting The Spa at Dundas very often and we do strongly recommend this Spa and especially Katherine and we do intend to come again as there charges are very reasonable and quality of work is excellent.

Katherine is just amazing, she's carring, sweet and very personable. Great services. Beautiful job on my nails everytime I come and amazing massages. Would highly recommend her business to anyone.

Got told $55 for the massage on the phone and then once I was there I was told $65 after, and im pretty sure the lady who massaged me got me sick.

Absolutely love this place. Katherine did a shellac pedi for me and it was amazing! She is very friendly. Awesome service. Definitely my go-to spot.

This place is not worth it. I did a regular manicure and pedicure with my natural nail's, I didn’t even get a hand massage plus she left the cuticle on. I just did neutral polish. I was charged $65.00 and they have no customer service skills, they are rude and leaves you standing there not even making an effort to answer your question. Another customer came in and they won’t answer her questions. So embarrassing for that customer. What a waste of my money. Never going back

Wasn’t happy with my manicure today. The owner didn’t seem to know how to remove two acrylic nails.
She never spoke one word of conversation.
When her coworker arrived they spoke in their own native language … which is nothing more than rude.
My manicure didn’t come with a massage … and this is the 2nd time it’s happened- I’d have spoken up but she already moved on and to the next customers pedicure

I had an appointment scheduled at 1030am, came ten minutes late due to traffic. The owner told me she couldn’t take me in because it’s “too busy” but her colleagues were sitting around on their phone. I rescheduled for the same day at 1PM. I came in at 12:45 waiting 30 mins, another lady came in pleading to be taken in for a manicure and was let to go infront of me. I asked how long left for my turn and she said “5mins, or you can go home”.
Do not recommend this place at all. Rude behaviour.

I've been going here for a year now. Always the best service. Carry and Katherine are amazing. Very nice place. Always clean and welcoming. My nails are always beautiful when I leave. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend these girls to anyone.
