Jess and The Rose Room always go above and beyond to make sure I'm well taken care of during appointments. It's like having a spa day with your long lost best friend who's there to hype you up, and listens to your troubles. You leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the world. The product quality and quality of care are unmatched. I see Jess for all my nail and brow/ facial needs. I have chronic anxiety so when I show up and my fingers are picked apart from stress, Jess wastes no time working her magic. When I'm indecisive and have a million ideas about what I want or can't pick a colour, Jess is there for me to save the day. Here are a few of my favourite looks and before pics of my nails. Jess can do a variety of styles, lengths and designs. Having the bio gel nails on helps my natural nails grow and stay healthy for the next manicure.

As a regular I can say this business is top notch. Jess not only makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, she produces an extraordinary product. I often visit Jess for a manicure no matter the length of my nails she can do it all and even get them back on track when they are brittle throughout the winter months. She has also done my makeup for a photoshoot and she made me feel like an absolute queen.

I've been treating myself to Jess's services since she has opened and she is extremely professional and you could say she is even an advocate for women's mental health. She has often encouraged me, raised me up and brightened my day. Not only do I get the utter most care I walk out of her business with a smile , extra confidence and with a sense of relief from lifes daily pressures.
