We purchased our hottub here, happy with our final selection. The sales person was patient and help us throughout the process as we were also building a deck around the new tub, so timing was also important. The spa was delivered by the team set into place, was cleaned, lid and lifter installed ready to go. Water was delivered and hottub would not run properly. The service department was excellent and sent out a very knowledgeable repair and service person. Our electrician had wired the spa incorrectly. It was rectified and small repairs were done to outside of tub. Second service call was that spa pack was tripping the hydro off. Again another excellent service person came out, the heater needed to be replaced. Ordered and installed within 3 weeks. Love my hottub with 68 jets very therapeutic as I have some back issues with age amd am in the spa everyday. The hottub people continue to advise and help us always with ideas, education and or service as needed. The best service team you will ever get, Jay and Tony from service in the field are great and knowledgeable and trustworthy to look after your spa and property. Purchased a new hot tub and have had a fantastic experience. From our salesperson Reanne answering all of our questions before the purchase, providing excellent communication as far as the process to get it to us (wet test, delivery date etc) and its arrival and setup by the team at our house, everything was great. Once we had it filled, there was a minor issue with an airlock that they helped us troubleshoot over the phone, before sending a tech out to get it fixed, very promptly.

So happy with our purchase!

Great experience! Just got my new cover right in time for the winter season! Went into to the store, spoke with a very nice girl. She walked me through everything to get a new cover. They even called me back because the manufacturer had slightly different measurements on file. Picked up my new cover today and fits my spa like a glove! I found the Hot Tub People on my way to Peterborough and called them the following day. Rick, the sale person, answered my call and many questions with details and advice. Upon meeting with Rick at the shop, all my questions were answered again with details and many advice. I am very pleased with Rick's service and purchased a very nice hot tub recommended by Rick. The installation and subsequent service were very accommodating to my schedule and needs. Rick even supplied a bucket of chemicals for my initial use with the hot tub. Avoid this company like the plague! They are only interested in selling you hot tubs, but will do everything in their power to avoid you if you have an issue with that hot tub.

I bought a brand new Wellis Mont Blanc hot tub from The Hot Tub People in April of 2023 ($15k+). To be honest, some of the dials on the hot tub broke almost immediately. I was able to make due without having to fix those dials though. But the real problems occurred one morning (late Nov. 2024) when I went to shock the hot tub. The temperature was 112 degrees, not the 103 I set it at. And the jet in one seat would not stop. I had to turn off the breaker to shut the hot tub down immediately.

I called the store immediately (it was a Thursday am), and was told the service department wasn't in that day, that they would call me back the next day. Late Friday (the next day), I then called the store to speak to the Service department since they hadn't called me yet, and didn't want the hot tub to sit unheated while temperatures were dipping below freezing, only to be told no one was available, and that they would still call me.

Now it is Tuesday AM, and still no call from their service department, and nighttime temperatures are only going to get worse. I will never buy from this company again, nor can I in good conscience recommend them to anyone. If actions speak louder than words, their actions tell me they only want to sell you a hot tub, and not make sure your experience is positive!
