I have been to Paige a few times and she has such a gift for doing hair! The last time I went I requested mushroom balayage, showed her a photo, and the results amazing! Paige is a great listener and very professional. Highly recommend and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

I have been going to Hairport since it was first opened on Fraser Street. I was always satisfied with my hair cut! I left because of poor customer service! I had called and made online appointment and even left voicemails without receiving a response! One of the girls called me today but I told her I had another hairstylist! They must be making good money to be able to lose customers! Try showing respect to your customers by responding to their calls!!

Totally dissatisfied. I told that after years of hot styling and straightening every second day, I wanted my hair to finally curl naturally. I wanted some trimming and layering. The lady looked bored a the time she was doing my hair. When she was done trimming, she asked me "what are we doing? Straightening or what?". At the end she put some mousse, scrunched and blowdryed a bit, leaving me looking like a wet chicken with half wet hair

I needed a hair cut and was recommended The Hairport by my friend. She also needed a hair cut, so she asked me to book her in with Maddy. Unfortunately, Maddy was not available so I booked myself in with Anissa and my friend had Paige. Anissa was wonderful! She was friendly and made my bangs exactly how I like them. She started long and made adjustments until they were perfect. Unfortunately, my friend did not have a similar experience. Paige hardly said 2 words to her and cut her bangs way shorter and different than she asked (she even had a reference photo). My friend still ended up paying and even tipping because she “didn’t want to make Paige feel bad”. I am more comfortable with confrontation, so I went in and explained to Paige that the cut was not acceptable and how unhappy my friend was. All she could say was “Ok” and offered a $25 refund. No apology until we were walking out the door & even then, it was just a very snobby “sorry”. If you’re looking to get your bangs trimmed or a friendly stylist, I highly recommend going to someone other than Paige.

Paige did an incredible job on my hair! We chatted about the best approach and she went above and beyond what I was expecting. I love how well she blended my highlights and roots. She listened to exactly what I wanted for my cut. She also was super gentle with my hair. Would 100% recommend seeing her!
