A had my first visit to The Facial Place last week after being highly recommend by several of my friends. I booked a hydrafacial with Jenny and I was absolutely blown away by the level of service and how amazing the facial made my skin look and feel. Jenny is an absolute gem who is super knowledgeable and very passionate about her career. Jenny gave me a bunch of skincare samples which were all so amazing - I went back today and purchased multiple products. I can’t wait for my next facial!!

absolutely LOVE this place and Jenny. She's THE person to get anything from a facial to microneedling done by. I always leave there feeling refreshed and skin looking better than ever plus her energy is contagious such a down to earth person with lots of knowledge. I recently had a facial by Emily and the experience was terrific! Emily is very knowledgeable in skin care and gave me a facial that was suitable for my skin type. It was relaxing and the atmosphere was nice. The products that Emily recommended and I purchased, with no pressure, work great! The ladies at the front reception were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the Facial Place. A great little gem in downtown Whitby. I will be returning in the near future!

I had my first ever facial with Emily at The Facial Place. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome and comfortable.

The facial itself was heavenly! With the soft scents floating in the air, the relaxing music and the heated bed, I had to work to stay awake. My skin felt alive.

I had lots of questions about my skincare routine (or lack thereof) and Emily answered each of them patiently, with information catered to my skin and circumstances.

Without the dreaded sales pitch that makes you want to run, I was given the information I needed to decide on an appropriate skincare regimen. I am thrilled with the products.

I walked out of the warm and friendly atmosphere feeling like a new person, hoping to return very soon!

Thank you all for the wonderful experience (and to my boss for the gift certificate that got me there in the first place). You will see me again!!!
