BEWARE BOOKING BRIDAL HAIR/SERVICES

I WOULD HATE FOR ANOTHER BRIDE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I DID WITH THIS SALON AND IT'S CO-OWNER TORI AHOLA.
I typically don't post reviews.

Summary:
1) 6 MONTHS OUT TO MY WEDDING, Tori stated she "DOUBLE BOOKED" on the date of my wedding after checking availability and calendars MUTIPLE TIMES. I learned after the fact that this was due to a family wedding. States she was "looking at another stylist's calendar" when she booked me; AFTER I CONFIRMED THE DATE WITH HER ON A PLETHORA OF OCCASIONS; HOW WAS THE "WRONG CALENDAR" pulled up more than once?
THE LIES were almost comical (see iMessage screenshots attached and further information below).
2) Tori would respond to my texts and bridal hair inquiries UP TO 20 DAYS AFTER MY INITIAL MESSAGE. I had to contact Tori MULTIPLE TIMES to receive any type of response.
3) States I booked within "The Cove and Wellness"; which is also untrue. I contacted Tori INDIVIDUALLY via iMessage to book my bridal hair, NOT through The Cove and Wellness.
Tori then informed me she would be having another stylist do my hair. NO INFORMATION was provided on this stylist; THROUGH MY OWN RESEARCH I discovered the stylist she planned on punting me over to was an APPRETICE whom just began professional hair in December 2024.
4) I contacted Tori, not even 48 hours after her Instagram post, inquiring about the "Bridal Studio Rental". I didn't receive a response UNTIL 14 DAYS LATER WHEN I FOLLOWED UP WITH AN IMESSAGE INQUIRY. A day later she FINALLY replied informing me about the double booking.
THIS IS HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE SUPPOSED "DOUBLE BOOKING".
***THE ONLY ACCOMIDATION/RESOLUTION THAT WAS OFFERED BY TORI FOR THIS ISSUE WAS TO "WAIVE THE APPRENTICE'S TRAVEL FEES" on the day of my wedding.
