I personally had two okay experiences with this salon. I didn’t leave delighted with the results but it was fine. However, my 70 year old mother in law had an appointment with Symmetry to get her hair cut and coloured and she was treated rudely and impatiently by staff at this salon. She will never go back her feelings were so so hurt and she is the sweetest woman so no justification for it! Most recently my mother was also greeted by less than friendly staff at this location. We will not be going back! That’s enough negative experiences with one place. There are MUCH more talented, patient and polite salon artists out there. I definitely do not recommend getting colour here. Chances of walking out with exactly what you asked for are slim. Happened twice for me and I have managed to get what I was wanting elsewhere so it’s not that it can’t be done, it’s that they don’t have the skill set, at least neither of the colourists I had did. I’d find a better and friendlier place if I were you.

I brought my 90 year mom there to get her hair cut and styled. She was beaming with pride seeing her hair style. My parents 69th wedding anniversary was the next day. The staff were amazing. Accommodating. She will definitely go back. Thank you!

Took my daughter to Symmetry for her 17th birthday hair colouring and let me tell you we have no regrets! Chez not only knew how to cut my daughter’s very curly hair but also nailed the colour my daughter was hoping to achieve. Highly recommend going to see these ladies for your cut and colour dreams. All the staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable.

CHEZ!!!! Girl you were amazing 🥰😇 asked for a cute little shaggy and she did it perfectly. Not to mention I've been cutting my own hair since before covid so like.... she had to fix some bad voodoo. But she worked her Magik 🥰😁

Jessica is amazing!!! I have extremely thick and heavy hair and she tackled it so well. She did an undercut and a huge cut and I’m in love. She’s got a great sense of humour and her work is amazing. Highly recommend 🙂

This was my first time going to Symmetry and it will not be the last... I LOVED IT ! The staff were very friendly and were great with making conversation, I felt like I had been there many times before AND my hair looks great Stephanie did a wonderful job. I am so happy with it !!
