Ten years ago, my chiropractor told me that my degenerative disc disease would one day reach a point where he could no longer help me. That day came in 2024 and I received a referral from my doctor to Symetrics for physiotherapy. The receptionists are excellent, without exception, and after my first visit I realized I should have started it years before. I now go to Jody Luesby weekly for the rapid pain relief I receive from her treatments. She's also given me a great deal of education about my illness and tips and techniques to relieve the sleepy arms, tingly fingers (I'm a writer so that matters a great deal) and the headaches that can come from compressed nerves when a disc slips, which happens multiple times each day. She's given me exercises to help strengthen my core, to help relieve my lower back pain. The high rate of professionalism there is exemplary! Between Jody at Symetrics and my doctor, I now can sleep much better, the interruptions to my day have lessened a great deal and I feel I am well cared for. Thank you so much!

Dr Jessica Petrusma, Naturopathic Doctor has been instrumental in helping me get my health back on track. I have felt heard and understood throughout my health journey with PCOS. Dr Petrusma and her medial guidance has been helping me not only feel better physically but mentally as well. I recently had acupuncture and experienced much relief on my jaw tension and should tightness. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I have to retract my original review as they breached my patient confidentiality to my estranged family member and violated my trust. As such, I terminated their services and am here to warn others not to employ such unprofessional health practitioners. When I called them to inquire, they put me in a very long hold bc they knew they were caught in the wrong. I am considering following up with the governing professional body.

This is the place to go for Pelvic Floor Physio. Ali was absolutely amazing to work with. Very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable from the initial assessment and in subsequent sessions. Highly recommend!

Went to Symetrics with a knee issue that had me in constant pain. Had an appointment with Chris S. who examined my knee and asked many questions to find out just what the problem was. After an initial treatment and being provide with specific exercises to augment the treatment my knee issue started to improve. Subsequent treatments further improved my knee. Chris knew I was a runner so some of what he did was aimed at that. I am very with my treatment and the progress I have made. Chris explained everything to me so I could understand the methodology of the treatment. I highly recommend the service Symetrics offers. Thank you Chris.

I have been a patient with Symetrics for several years (maybe more!). They are a multidisciplinary clinic that takes care of all my health care needs. I am greeted with a friendly smile and banter every time I walk in. On my best or worst day, the team is always friendly, caring and compassionate.
