Yesterday we went for another visit to Netepark Vorselaar. We had excellent weather and arrived well before the rest of the horde, meaning we had the playground and swimming pool pretty much for ourselves. The playground is suitable for the youngest kids as well as kids in the early teens. The entrance fee even thou we're not from Herentals is really democratic. There are also trampolines, a multi purpose field, a small football field a beach volleyball court and a Mini Golf (last one at a small extra fee). The swimming pool has 2 outdoor pools and inside there's another 4 (if you count the small one for the toddlers as well). Next to this there's a whirlpool and fast slide and some hot tubs. One of the inside pools was also filled with toys. Beware, to enter the swimming pool area there are some regulations, loose swimming clothes like shorts are not allowed, also kids under the age of eight must always be accompanied by an adult. There also a restaurant where you can get foods and drinks.

Always love to be here. The place is close to our place and we can go there with the bus also. They have strict rules over the swimsuit. So make sure to check it what you can jot used it and what you may use it. Because if you dont use the swimsuit that they are allowed, then you can not go to the water. They have 5 different pools and one water slide. Outside, there are 2 zwembad. One for children and one for adults. Indoor, they have one big pool with golfen en jacuzzi. Hot zwembad for children from 50-90cm. And big zembad for adults or someone that can swim. And also the slide. Beside the zwembad, they have playground that according the age. They have mini golf. They have trampoline. They have bmx track. Football and basketball field also. And big park that you can choose wherever to sid. They also have restaurant that you can order from their menu. Overall, this place is recommended to visit.

Erg leuke speeltuin met speeltoestellen, waterspeeltuin, voetbalveld en pannakooi, volleybalveld en genoeg ruimte om te zitten of liggen. Er zijn toiletten bij en een terras met horeca. In de maanden juli en augustus is ook het buitenbad open. Leuke plek om even paar uurtjes te chillen met de kids of op de terugweg naar huis even de benen te strekken. Gratis toegang m.u.z.v. juli/aug.

In de mooie zomerdag besloten om lekker met de kinderen daar te gaan zwemmen. Wij komen niet uit de buurt en daar gewoon heen gereden.

Bij aankomst was het vrij rustig wat al apart was bij 30 graden. Na het betalen aan de kassa werd ons gevraagd over we juiste zwembroeken bij hadden. Fijn die vraag pas achteraf te stellen na betaling. Achteraf gezien hadden we de a4 papiertjes met reglement niet gezien. We hadden blijkbaar de verkeerde zwembroeken bij om daar te kunnen zwemmen 15 jaar terug in de tijd. Strakke zwemshorts ivm de hygiëne. Nog nooit gehoord zo iets belachelijks.
Meest belachelijke wat ik zag is dat boerkini’s verboden waren. Zelf zijn we geen Moslim maar vind het lang uit zwaar DISCRIMINATIE naar bepaalde groepen mensen.

De oplossing aan de kassa was koop je hier toch gewoon paar zwemshorts. Nou lekker dagje zwemmen en €100 lichter zijn voordat we binnen waren. Dat gingen we natuurlijk niet doen en na heel veel zeuren kregen we een tegoed bon terug. En niet geld terug want het was o zo moeilijk om terug te betalen omdat het met de kaart betaald was.

Wij komen hier nooit meer terug met zo’n onvriendelijk personeel. En ga eens mee met de tijd.
