I’ve been a loyal customer at Vicky’s for a while because Vicky herself is incredibly talented, and I always leave happy when she does my brows. However, my recent experience with one of her staff was very disappointing. I asked for a simple clean-up, but part of my eyebrow was removed, leaving them uneven. This was far from what I wanted or expected.

While Vicky’s skills are top-notch, it’s clear that some of her staff could benefit from more training. I hope the salon addresses this to ensure that every client gets the high-quality service that Vicky is known for.

I have very thick, difficult hair, so I went in with low expectations but Vicky cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, and it looks amazing! She was such a sweetheart - I will definitely be coming back here regularly.

Colour is nice but she knicked my skin twice. It hurts. Also kinda yelled at me when she asked me if nails are ok, I touched the top to see if it was ok and she yelled, "Don't do that" I don't know what I'm not allowed to do when looking to see if my nails are ok 🤦🏾‍♀️.

I miss my nail salons in North York 😢.

Didn't have a good experience as I was looking forward to. The lady doing my manicure and pedicure quoted a lesser price while upselling some service which I was okay with as she convinced me its a great deal. Later, she refused to acknowledge what we agreed on and started giving excuses, blatantly refusing and giving language excuses. Even after so called discount the owner gave, it was still much higher than their quoted price outside the salon.
Well, the only good thing is there's a first and last time for everything! Good Luck to their Business.

If I could give a 0 I would. Took them 3 1/2 hours to do a pedi & medi. The medi was terrible. Didn’t ask if I wanted to keep my length or go shorter. She automatically filed them down short. All different sizes and shapes. The style I asked for was tips ombré and she couldn’t do them. Nails were a mess. Went the next day to another salon and they did a way better job.

Overall it was terrible and I wouldn’t go back or recommend them to anyone.
