Absolutely LOVE everything about Sil Spa! The service is impeccable, the space is gorgeous, and the vibe is fun and uplifting. I love visiting Michelle for facials or brow lamination, but every single employee there is fantastic and kind.

This one star review is not based on actual services provided. Rather It is based solely on the customer service experience.

Specifically, the cancellation policy is too inflexible.

There needs to be some discretion when extenuating circumstances arise. And no consideration was given.

Telling someone that a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to their next visit does nothing to encourage or entice them to come back.

Especially considering this policy does not appear anywhere on the website, nor was any advice regarding the policy given over the phone at the time of booking.

As it is, this is the fastest way to lose a first time client.

Not even specialist medical care is this inflexible.

Fantastic staff and service! Always happy with whatever services I've gotten here. I have very sensitive skin and they are always able to accommodate me with all of the products used for my facials and waxing. Would highly recommend them to others!

Out of all of the medi spas i have been too ( quiet a few.. locally, out of region and even out of province )i have to honestly say my best experience has been at Silspa... Jess is incredibly professional and ive loved my results and overall experience anytime i have booked something with her. Shes very knowledgable and makes any procedure or service incredibly pleasant. After seeing the differences of what i could achieve with certain services, i simply cant compare to other places. I’ll continue being a customer !
All of the staff have always been friendly and very welcoming anytime ive had something booked, both while booking the appointment prior and during the day scheduled.
The spa is clean, welcoming and ... beautiful! The new location is stunning and its obvious the staff take pride in their services and general ambiance of the spa... not to mention you also have the benefit of ordering some delicious treats from Sip right next to it!
The Fenelon falls and surrounding community are lucky to have such a business!
Their skill and knowledge within their services speak for themselves!
Cant wait to see this place back open after lockdown!
