I have been seeing Kyle Service for home visits for a while now, and there are not enough positive things I can say about the experience. He has excellent bedside manner and takes the time to answer my questions, ensuring that I understand what we are working on during each treatment. If you’re looking for an exceptional acupuncture experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Kyle Service. His dedication to his craft and the evident care he brings to every session have made a significant, positive impact on my overall health and that of my family.

Being of a certain age I have been going to Seaway physio for decades. Always receive exemplary treatment.

Recently I received acupuncture treatment from John Kyle. He was attentive and constantly tweaking my treatment to help me regain my strength and comfort. I hope that sometime soon , acupuncture will be a recognized treatment covered by OHIP. Drugs are not always the best solution.

I was being treated by Trevor for a concussion and vertigo second appointment he was massaging my neck when there was a popping noise and both my arms went numb Trevor reassured me that it was likely a pinched nerve nothing to worry about. Fast forward 2 months later I was taken to the Ottawa Civic I lost feeling in both arms and my left leg. Had an mri it showed 2 broken disc's and 2 disc's compressing my spinal cord. I had to have surgery for a spinal decompression and fusion. Now I'm left with 2 rods and screws in my neck and lots of pain every day .

I had a session with Kyle Service's acupuncture and fire cupping, after the cupping i could already feel the difference with my back pain, i'm for sure coming back for more sessions and will be telling all my friends to come as well!

This Physiotherapy Centre is a real gem! The staff are very friendly and helpful! I was treated by Elizabeth and Madison for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and they were amazing! With a thorough and thoughtful examination, my issues and concerns were addressed. I did my exercises as instructed and now, I no longer suffer from this issue!!!
