Definitely recommend their products. Have a wide variety of essential oils. Definitely try them. I had a long conversation with Saanya, and she well knowledgeable enough to make you aware how their products help you keep healthy. Sue was friendly too.

I recently visited Ottawa Rideau Saje in the mall, and while I love their products, I had an experience that left me feeling grossed out. I was served by a staff member who did not appear to be well-groomed, and as a customer-facing role, I believe it's important for employees to present themselves in a polished and professional manner and always with a smile. While I respect diversity and individuality, I think diversity and individuality needs to come second when it comes to customer facing employee's. you should be hiring the best individual for the job not hire them because you feel bad for them because that is exactly how i felt about this employee. It definitely seem that this company has no standards and will hired anyone to represent their brand to customers. Overall, the products are great, but the service could benefit from a more consistent level of presentation.

I recently visited Saje Rideau and I had the best experience. Sue, one of the staff members, was the sweetest and was so welcoming. She really took the time and showed me and my sister around the store and explained everything and its effects to us. I mean she really sold us on the products! The atmosphere was so nice and the aesthetic was so pleasing. Definitely a must visit again. Very excited to purchase from them soon!

This location is the best. All staff are not only incredibly friendly and welcoming, they are also extremely knowledgeable and are always able to find exactly what you are looking for. The energy in the store is always high, and everyone is genuinely happy to help you. The products are fantastic, and the prices are great. I will always recommend this Saje location! Thank you! 💖
