Staff is friendly but the pharmacy is consistently out of the medications I am on. They more often than not are “on back order” knowing full well what prescriptions are coming up due. I have had a weeks worth to half my script filled, pay in full and pickup the balance in two weeks. It is very hit and miss and for someone that relies on and expects consistency they fall consistently short. I am in the process of seeking another supplier, won’t deal with this any longer, goodbye!

Customer service can be slow. Pharmacy is friendly and informative. A bit expensive for generic products when not on sale.

Awful I hate writing bad reviews but this is the last straw for me..

Prescriptions are often unreliable, especially if you’re told they’ll be ready over the phone. In reality, they’re only ready about 10% of the time.

You have to wait in line, request that the prescription be started, and then wait for 15-30 minutes.

Regular shopping in the store is often a nightmare.
I’ve had at least six instances where products were misplaced or price tags were accidentally placed in the wrong location.

The worst part is that they won’t even acknowledge their mistakes. Instead, they’ll make you wait around to find the correct item that should have been stocked in the right place.

Or, they’ll remove the sale price tag or whatever and insist on charging you the full price, even if you specifically asked for the item at the sale price.

The pharmacy is the worst. Every experience I have had with them over the last 7 years is frustrating. Something goes wrong every time. Several times they haven't have enough of the medication that I need and want me to pick up half but pay for all of it and then pick up the other half. Or they say they will deliver it and then it doesn't get delivered. When you follow up with them you get put on hold every time. Last time I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called back and tried again. It's one thing to screw up once or twice but it is consistently horrible there. I feel horrible giving bad reviews but this is just too many years of bad service.

After the situation today attempting to pick up a prescription I'll be taking all business elsewhere including anything I would have picked up in store. Prescription sent by doctor at 4:45pm, wife stopped at 6:30, was told they didn't even see the prescription so of course not ready and she was told 30 mins max. At 7:30pm I'm now still waiting in line...I'll edit this review with the actual time the meds are ready.

7:37 they were ready and that's the last time I'm ever stepping foot in this store. After reading other reviews this isn't an isolated nor new issue.....unacceptable for it to still be this way.

Good friendly staff, but prices are way more expensive than other stores. A bottle of Webber Probiotic 30 Millions, 45 tabs were priced at $41.99 vs at Amazon it was $22.1, al.ost half price.

Pharmacy staff is horrible. Will charge you an unnecessary fee and very rude. Will lie. Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. It’s dirty as well. Have had to leave line multiple times because they only have one person working at a time.

I could not be more satisfied with this pharmacy. The pharmacist is really good and she has saved me from taking the wrong medicine that was prescribed by a doctor. I have a rare disease and taking the wrong med could put me in a crisis situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rexall Paris pharmacy.
