I love Lorelle Salon and Spa! The atmosphere is so fun, and the salon it self is so pretty. Staff are wonderful, and kind. I had my nails done by Nicole and they turned out exactly how I wanted. She was super knowledgeable about the health of my nails and was very clean about everything. Overall it was the best experience I have had in a salon and I can't wait to go back!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences in all the time that I have been coming here. The ladies here are very professional and take pride in their work and the comfort of their customers. They've never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them when I can't decide on a colour for my nails. (Which happens regularly) I've been to many places to get my nails done and nobody has even compared to the customer service here. The ladies are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!

I heard so many great things about this salon so I decided to try it. They were super accommodating in booking my appointment. The place is nice and very clean. I got manicure with gel nail polish. Unfortunately my nails started peeling a few hours later. I didn't do anything heavy with my nails the entire day, so I am not sure why this happened. I ve had gel polish many times before and never had this trouble with it; usually lasts me 10 days at least. This was quite dissapointing, as I had an event to attend. I will not be going back.
