Love love Super Store but my love for that place is slowly fading! Like I have pictures of meat exposed cause the person wrapping the meat is doing a terrible job at it or the manager is failing at his job! Fact is something ain't right for this to happen more than once! Disgusting and in this day and age where we all know that viruses are rampant and really there is no room for stupidity especially when you work with delicate products such as meat! What us the point of food and safety if big stores like you guys fail at the very main thing that is keeping your clients safe by making sure food handling safety is key! I'm afraid to buy meat from you guys cause i gotta think 🤔 twice every time I go up to the meat section. Look closely and you'll see 👀 Please DO BETTER! L

I had a great experience at the Real Canadian Superstore on Kingston Road! Among the many highlights of my visit, I was thrilled to find Skor chocolate here. Since arriving in the U.S., I haven’t spotted Skor in any supermarket, so it was such a pleasant surprise to see it here in Ajax. It brought back so much nostalgia!

On top of that, I was also happy to browse through the Joe Fresh clothing section. They have stylish and affordable options that made shopping even more enjoyable. The store is spacious, well-stocked, and offers a wide variety of products. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Shopped here for a couple of years, and the quality of their produce has deteriorated significantly. I purchased loose Brussel sprouts in my last shop (won’t be going back) and they were full of bugs, even after soaking and washing them with vinegar and baking soda.

I tried to do the store a favour by reaching out to them about it via email, and they completely dropped the ball and didn’t follow up. Very disappointed they couldn’t handle a simple complaint like this. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Bought this Greek salad to take to a BBQ yesterday and it was horrible, so much brown lettuce, the few cherrie tomatoes that were included were rotten, a couple of small pieces of red onion, cucumber slices were salvageable. After sifting thru the mess it yielded a very small Greek salad.
Unfortunately more greens went in the trash than were salvaged. Very disappointing, not to mention embarrassing! The kicker was, it cost $15.00, unbelievable 🤨

Superstore offers a spacious shopping experience with mostly competitive prices and a price-matching policy. The fresh produce, especially in the bakery section, stands out with some of the best prices. Their deals are genuine, not just marketing tactics, and the staff is friendly. However, there's occasionally an unpleasant smell near the entrance.

I visited this store today afternoon, I’m not sure what the customer service team’s job is supposed to be at this store. I couldn’t find an item on the shelf, but the mobile app showed it was in stock. When I asked two employees at customer service counter (a dark-skinned woman and a woman wearing a headscarf) for help, they were busy chatting and told me, “If it’s not on the shelf, we don’t have it.” I asked if they could check, and they just said, “Order it through the app.” If customer service is just standing around talking, are you hiring? I’d love to get paid to do that too.

Garden Centre employees don’t care for their job at all. Got there 15 minutes to close just to get one plant, which I knew the exact location of. When I went to the gate the rude employee closed the door right in my face and refused me entry, because he “does not get paid after 6PM”. It was not after 6PM, I was not going to take more than 5 minutes and I was there before close. It’s clear that, that employee does not value his job and does not care to kindly represent the superstore brand. Avoid it at all costs.

The pharmacy at this location is terrible, from the pharmacists to the assistants that answer the drive through pick up window. Last.week the dispensing fee was $1.50 that i had to pay. This week it was $2.99 no explanation, no notice to customers. You give them a script for medication, they tell you yes it will be ready by a date and time. You get there and it's not ready, they then give you the run around about why. The pharmacists are rude and dismissive. They seriously need to train their staff on customer service. This use to be a preferred pharmacy with my insurance. But I think I'll be filling my prescription elsewhere from now on.
