I had a facial yesterday with Alana at Pure Spa and it was absolutely amazing! I actually fell asleep during my treatment as I was so relaxed. Alana is amazing at what she does! Just wanted to share my experience.

I recently had a massage and facial here and they were both wonderful. I had Emma as my esthetician and she did a great job and was awesome to chat with. I had a very relaxing massage and left my facial with my skin feeling smooth, hydrated and looking fabulous. Thanks again!

I have been going to Pure for a couple of years now as I absolutely LOVE their treatments and staff. Yesterday I had the pleasure of a facial and pedicure from one of the newer staff members Emma. I left there with a glowing face, happy feet, and a full heart. I can’t say enough good things about the owner Amanda and the wonderful team she employs. Hands down the best in Durham.

I went there to buy gift certificates for Christmas. No one at desk. I waited patiently, then after 5 minutes peaked in gym are and yelled hello, hello. Did this several times, then tried the same thing at another door. Nothing. Called the facility in hopes of someine picking up.Ended up walking through establishment to come across a small boy on a tablet. I asked him if anyone was here like maybe his mom. Then finally a women comes out. Doesn't ask how she can help or what I may be looking for. She just says we are closed. So I walk past stating that maybe she should lock the front door. Then she asked the child if he is ok, as if somehow I may have done something to him. I have never felt so frustrated and insulted in all my life. I am obviously NOT buying my gift certificates here!

Always the best experience at Pure Spa. Their facials and pedicure services in particular are next level - truly relaxing from start to finish. I love the extra touches they include. The value is amazing. The staff are kind and attentive. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I had a wonderful & relaxing day at Pure Spa! Julia was a gem! Really enjoyed her professionalism and expertise. She gave me a great facial and my face feels amazing! She also gave me a scalp massage and pedicure. Such a beautiful facility. Every detail has been considered. Immaculately clean, relaxing environment. The prices are extremely reasonable and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Julia for giving me a much needed escape!

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly face. This place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all very professional and smiling. Emma did an amazing job on my pedicures, manicures and facial. Defiantly recommend a visit to get pampered and relax.

This past weekend I had an incredible pedicure. From the welcome, to the actual pedicure to the atmosphere as a whole everything was so wonderful. Every detail has been thought of, the care is exceptional, and to be honest I haven’t had such a great quality pedicure maybe ever. Amanda and her staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and ensure that you’re getting the most out of your time. Pure Spa is like a little oasis in the middle of Bowmanville. If you need a pick me up during this really trying season I highly recommend espying to Pure Spa for a little R&R!
