Selena did my facial today. She was silent the entire time. I wasn’t asked about my skin, nor communicated what products and tools were being used. A skin analysis was not done.

The pressure was too much and I was not once asked if the pressure was okay. I literally felt like I was being choked during the neck massage and suffocated with the oxygen air tool. Extractions was vey harsh despite having been steaming for nearly 15 mins prior.

At the previous 2 appointments, the bright light therapy and the lactic peel was performed on me. Today it was not. It makes me wonder which protocol was pregnancy safe or whether the steps were skipped.

Questionable hygiene: She didn’t wash her hands before starting the facial and used her bare finger to apply something on my lips although q-tips was available.

I appreciate that front desk was welcoming and that an unrushed chest and shoulders massage is included. I’m happy to share this feedback directly, however, this establishment does not send out a survey so I’m forced to leave a public review.

This was my first facial ever and I couldn’t have had a more positive experience. I knew there was a promo that was only available until end of month that I wanted to take advantage of, so I booked my appointment and chose the package that was on special. When I arrived at the spa, Angela was kind enough to advise me of more promos with a higher priced package (super glow facial) and I happily took advantage. I was introduced to Selena who would be taking care of me and after a brief consultation, she gave her recommendations. I am a huge promotor of the importance of service provider/client relationships and I’d like to think that Selena and myself will continue our relationship after the connection we formed over a facial. Selena is knowledgeable, skilled and professional, mature and approachable and took very good care of me during my treatment. In addition to an amazing facial, we had great conversation and lots of laughs. She continued to offer some skin care advice after my treatment and then Angela was kind enough to offer a discount for a future treatment that I can use with my daughter. By the time I left, I felt like I had spent a few hours with friends. These girls are wonderful and I would highly recommend anyone to book a treatment at this location.

I had an appointment booked here last week which I ended up cancelling as my sister had a bad experience at this location. She said it was the most “‘mediocre facial” the technician did not seem experienced. The turnover for employees is so high here there is no consistency in their facials anymore. I recommend you go somewhere else don't waste your money here.

The service at this place has gone down under “new management”. The lady at the front desk however was very welcoming and kind. I use to see Aneeba who is no longer there so I was booked with someone new. The pressure was soo extreme, there was no communication during the service. I wasn’t asked anything about my skin or my concerns. Won’t be coming back here now that the old esthetician is gone.

First time at this spa. So inviting and welcoming. They offered me tea or water while I waited. I had the most amazing glow facial with Selena. Selena was so gentle and very knowledgeable. She was able to recommend products to suit my individual needs. Overall a fantastic spa experience. I will be back! Thank you Selena for an amazing experience and facial. I am glowing!

I got a facial done here. I was not impressed. Facials at other places usually give a complimentary massage on your neck and shoulders during the whole process. That wasn’t done here.

The light during the extractions was too bright and hurt my eyes. When I brought this up with the esthetician, she didn’t do anything about it and just carried on. No googles or anything was used other than tissue. I had to ask her to use more tissue to cover my eyes, but this should have been done right off the bat. Other places I have been to cover your eyes with googles.

I had a big depression on my nose following the extraction that lasted for weeks.

She left the room for over 15 minutes during the facial without saying anything. This is not what I experienced at other spas, where they gave a massage or let you know they are stepping out for a bit.

After a bad experience with an esthetician last year, I was very hesitant to try a new place. However, my skin really needed help so I booked with Dejah after seeing them on TikTok. I’m so glad I did because I had such a wonderful experience! Dejah was so attentive and knowledgeable with the concerns I was having and was so gentle during the whole procedure. Usually, other estheticians would go over my eczema spots with strong products, further irritating them but she applied this balm/ oil on them that made it so comfortable and painless for me. It may be a small gesture but it shows how much she listened. I also ended up buying products she recommended and I have already used them- my favourite so far is the Nuvsio balm concentrate, I also got it on sale so that was a plus. Thanks so much for such a welcoming and comfortable experience, I will be going back again

So heard about this spa franchise a lot from social media and decided to try out the one closest to me, which was the Oakville location.
Booked a pumpkin peel facial which was on a specula for the month of October. As soon as got there, was greeted by the front desk and offered water. Had to fill in the intake form. What was really cool is that they actually had a white board and marker for this. So basically the form was on a white board. Very cool and great initiative to save paper!
Dea was my esthetician and she came out to greet me right away. Took me into the room and let me get settled. The room was nice and cozy, dark and very relaxing!
Dea explained that she was putting on a cleanser and after cleaning did a quick skin analysis. We talked about my concerns, my goals and what her recommendations were. Then she got started on the facial. It was very relaxing. She was patient, gentle and through. Went through my extractions patiently and as painlessly as possible. The scalp and shoulder massage was phenomenal.
After, she offered me a sample of the moisturizer she recommend for my dry skin.
There is a huge variety of skin care products and most of them are clean and natural. They have a great recycling program where you can bring in your old bottles for a discount on your next purchase. They are into sustainability and green options, which is great!
Loved how my face felt after and two days later it’s fresh and glowing.
Would love to go back!!
