Booked an appointment over a week ago for my daughter and I to have manicures and pedicures before we leave on Dec 3rd for vacation.... we show up to out appointment on nov 30th only to find a sign on the window that says closed fron nov 25th to nov 30th!!! They took my name and number at time of booking and didn't even so much as call to tell me or cancel our appointment!! I was so angry!! So I was stuck trying to find another place who could get us in as it was the only day we were able to get them done... what a disappointment definatly not good customer service on their part!!

I've got to hear many times before and have been satisfied with the service. However since covid they have been really going downhill. Went there today to take my daughter for a manicure and pedicure for her graduation. She got a manicure and pedicure and I got just a manicure and the cost for both was $158 tax included. On top of that when they did her pedicure they did not scrape or scrub her feet nor do the massage that's supposed to come along with it. They simply cut her nails filed them down and put nail polish on and I paid full price. No point in trying to argue the price because there's a language barrier there. To make things much more uncomfortable, one of the workers had her phone on speaker phone for about 45 minutes and was chatting and I believe Mandarin. To me that is disrespectful and rude especially when your clientele do not speak that language and are being ignored.

Terrible experience. Thankfully I was just visiting and won’t need to go back. Rude service in every aspect. Everyone working there looked miserable and didn’t want to be there. No one came close to cracking a smile. Nails were done unevenly. No moisturizer rubbed into my feet for a pedicure etc….. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I understand fully that it’s a tough business to make money at but the owners should reevaluate and open up a non customer facing business! A small suggestion/top to the owners. When people call you for appointments it might be nice if you answered the phone with a Hello and the name of your business. Not just a hello. That should have been my first signal not to go there.
