I can't recommend PCNM more highly. Both Dr. Tapp and Dr. Edgar have assisted me in having 4 successful pregnancies by balancing hormones and looking into levels that other heath care providers often dismiss. A wonderful, welcoming atmosphere!

I have had the pleasure of being a patient with Dr Brenda Tapp and her team for years. I remember the first time I attended my appointment and admittedly was very nervous. The calm atmosphere and the kind hearted team helped me get through this during my appointment. I have attended workshops hosted and can say that they are very educational. I have learned so much about necessary diet changes, supplements to try, and was introduced to a new lifestyle that completely mirrored what I thought I knew was the right way to eat for me. Although I can appreciate that pharmaceuticals are necessary for medical conditions from time to time, I choose to live a more alternative and clean lifestyle using supplements. The side effects I seem to have upon taking certain pharmaceuticals is not worth it and I appreciate that Dr Brenda Tapp worked with me to review my lifestyle and find suitable supplements that have made me feel as good as I can with my medical condition. When my doctor was not listening to my needs or my desires for a natural approach, Dr Brenda Tapp advocated on my behalf. Without her interest in my condition, I would not have found out what I know now. There are many symptoms that present themselves for different conditions. I was able to have access to testing while my entire lifestyle was reviewed. I appreciate the knowledge shared over the years and feel that this medical clinic truly cares for their patients. Thank you for all that you do for our community.

Had to cancel appointment as I have responsibilities in life, and something came up somewhat last minute. I provided as much notice as I possibly could (over 7 hours, left a message before they were even open that day for a 3:45pm appointment), and I was charged the full $300 for the appointment because I didn’t provide a full 24 hours notice. I was informed that “their policy is much better than other places who require 48 hours notice.” Great ethic to compare your business to the worst out there rather than being progressive and working with clients. The irony is they encouraged me to book again. Why? So their business, that claims to care about health and wellbeing, can cause me more unnecessary stress? Definitely not. I understand why businesses have cancellation policies, however, every other business I have ever had to cancel last minute with has waved the cancellation fee the first time a client cancels, essentially like a warning system. OR, the cancellation fee is a percentage of the service charge, not the full fee. Charging full amounts for services not provided is nothing short of greed and robbery. Further, you wrote your own policy. You have the power to choose to be flexible for the sake of decency. I will never be trusting these people with my health and won’t be recommending anyone else do either.

I am extremely impressed with how evidence based and professional, but healing and welcoming this clinic is. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in their care towards my case in dealing with cancer and getting into remission, allowed me to build immense trust in them. I highly recommend them for an adjunct approach to all your healthcare concerns.
