Walked in, wanting to get an acrylic set with a 3D flower, French on 2 fingers, and gems. First of all, the woman cut my cuticle so deep there was real drops of blood which would not stop until she glued the wound with nail glue and applied acrylic right on top of it. My nails turned out different shapes, when I called it out, she said that’s how they’re supposed to be. There were also chunky but thin at the same time somehow. Now, these nails are staring to come off, and half of my nail has came off with one of them due to filing too deep. Not to mention, I have charged $90 for fees I have never had to pay in all of my experience coming to this salon.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I have been coming here since last year and this is the worst experience I've had. My nails are generally square but are now half round half square. I mentioned it but to no avail. Paid extra for the cats eye, they look horrible. Not sure i will be back.

My absolute fav nail spa in Oshawa. Never fails me. I'm always getting compliments on my nails even when my nails are just a basic French/ombre and no special designs. They take their time and the price is affordable. Definitely recommend to any and everyone!

I was a returning customer for almost 3 years and I love the nails every time but the prices are getting out of hand it seems like they charge you different prices every time which is annoying I called on the phone and I was told a different price for a fill and it kept changing Hense two weeks before that I was charged 80$ for these nails there’s is a photo yes my nails are grown out but these should not have cost 80$ it’s absolutely outrageous and mind you they are so rude on the phone they kept hanging up on me every time and I was nice every time
