First the wait wasn't too long but call first to see if they are busy. Second the staff is super friendly and knew what they were doing. They had the filter for my vw and the price of the synthetic oil change and filter was pretty good. Third the waiting area is covid careful with protected areas between. Fourth the bathroom was clean(don't usually expect that in a oil changing garage) and finally they were fast ..about 15 minutes I had barely enough time to get my egg Mcmuffin from across the parking lot. Don't forget to ask the manager for a discount..all in all it was faster, cheaper and a better experience than other oil change places I've been to. I liked that there was no huge sales pitch. And no, this is unsolicited I just liked the place.

I had an oil change done at Jiffy Lube on Anne St. In Barrie and they messed up. Didn't tighten the filter correctly and ended up loosing over 5L of oil. Pennzoil addressed the issue. Changed my filter, topped up my oil and cleaned up the mess that was made and did so at no charge to me even though I was more than willing to pay.

First time there, in and out within 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Blonde girl with glasses was very polite. Gained a new customer.

Very disappointed in my visit today. I have gone to pennzoil for years and today will be my last visit. The customer service was very poor. I was waved to come in bay. I pulled in and stepped out of my vehicle to be met with not a hello, but with next time wait till someone waves you in. That’s what she did, waved me into the bay and so I did. I asked for mid grade oil, washer fluid. The washer fluid went in my back seat in the jug. I spent $144 today, that at least could have been put in for me. Which has been done in the past. The amount of professionalism that was displayed today was awful. I will not be returning, and will happily take my money else where.

Went in very recent for an oil change. The 10 minute oil change turned into a 40 minute oil change. Outrageous. The receipt said the checked my air filter and it was ok. How could that be when the screws hadnt been touched except one was attempted but they didnt screw it back in.
Also the day after my oil change, I drove down to Wonderland and my car started smoking when idle at a light. Looked under the hood and had oil EVERYWHERE.
My husband noticed it on Sunday that they didnt put my oil cap back on properly and
I lost alot of oil that just had put in. After I arrived, they started to get busy but certainly they cut corners and rushed. Will not be going back to them.

Called in told the I had a dodge truck with a hemi he quoted me 136.99 plus tax and we use a mopar filter. I thought perfect went in service went well showed me the bill 163.59 tax in doing quick math I said that’s not right what’s the extra charge he said the mopar filter is extra what a scam won’t go back

Waited in line for an oil change for 20 min. Ppl ahead of me left. The man behind me wanted to bud ahead if me. I finally got in the bay door just for them to tell me the oil for my car is on back order, and the only oil they had for my car was a around $100. What a scam

Wait time(too long)
Needed a air cabin filter
Installed the wrong one
Had to go to Ford dealership (Noise)
They stated go back and get your refund
(Four days)
Cost be doubled
They installed a CAF2150
Wrong one for a 2022 Ford explorer
