I'm giving here a solid 5 stars! Kristina is an amazing therapist and a kind human being. She is very focused on her work, yet she makes the whole experience a pleasure. I would also like to compliment the front desk staff who are always kind, polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends!

Kristina from Palermo Plus Physio and Wellness Centre was a joy to meet. She treated my face gently and showed me how to do all the needed facial exercises for Bell's Palsy at this point in my healing process. Plus she also demonstrated what to do with the tight muscles from the opposite facial side from a previous encounter with the Palsy of 5 years ago. I left feeling very confident that I can do this and make a change in my facial expression. With the help, videos, and handouts I can achieve the goal of a more normal healing process. I look forward to our next sessions with happiness in my heart.

Josephine is absolutely amazing. Today was my second time at the centre for a deep tissue massage. I had a muscular spasm a few weeks ago and after I got the deep tissue massage from Josephine, I felt better right away. Would highly recommend her.

I made a right choice to avail physio services from Palermo Plus and thanks to Mr. Abdullah, who used his expertise and made a big change in my lifestyle.
I am back to running and claiming stairs, and lifting heavy weights with proper technique using my right hand now.
I visited this place with two key issues, unable to claim stairs as my right knee had severe pain (weakened Patella muscles) and the other, mild supraspinatus tendinosis on my right hand due to heavy object lifting with poor maneuver.
I am back to normal now and thanks to all the staff and they’ve have been very nice to me.

My first visit to Palermo Wellness was for a massage. Prior to my appointment I was asked to provide medical background and reason for making appointment. The reception was very welcoming and pleasant. I met with Wojciech who discussed my needs with me . My massage was very relaxing. I will return. Thank you.
