this is the best nail salon in orillia!!!!! I have been going to this salon for the last year and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their nails done! all of the staff are very friendly and professional, it is clean and tidy and I am always impressed with the quality of their work! Susan always does a fantastic job, she is fast, thorough and patient and always makes sure I am 100% happy with my nails! 10/10 will always go back to this salon!

This was my third time coming to Orillia nail spa. The first two times were great, the staff did a fantastic job doing my nails, although I did notice they chipped off faster than other salons I’ve visited. My last session there was very rushed and my nails were done very poorly. They are very very thick, all different lengths and have air bubbles. I was trying to trust the process but they turned out horribly and I won’t be visiting here again. Very disappointed that I wasted my money.

The owner is who I typically go to and I love the quality of work she always provides me with. I highly recommend using Susan for your nail sets, and Helen for your pedicures. They are both always fast, efficient and put a lot of care and detail into their work.

Recently I had a set of nails done I was unhappy with and she reached out and fixed them for me urgently and I am in love with my new set. The salon has always been clean and visually appealing over the past year or so I’ve visited and they have a good variety of services.

Helen did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. Took her time and did not rush. Loved the leg massage both hot stone and without! This was my first time coming here, and I will 100% come back. First time ever having my nails done professionally! Susan was fantastic and very personable. They don't just do your nails, they complete the service with massaging your hands with lotion and then a hot towel!! My daughter and I’s First time here and honestly the Best Pedicure that I have ever had in my life. Wish I would have got the gentleman’s name that did my pedicure 🙁 The massage was absolutely amazing! My feet and legs feel like a million bucks!!
I also got a gel refill and my nails are great!
My daughter got a manicure and pedicure as well and she said that the lady that did her stuff was awesome as well.

I have been going to this spa for over a year and Donna has always done a meticulous job. She takes the extra time with my pedicure to check and remove any ingrown nails as I am a diabetic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all services. They are open 7 days. You can walk in and only have to wait ,at the most, 10 minutes before someone will be available to service you.

I had a wonderful experience at Orillia Nail Spa last week. My gel nails were beautiful. Tony worked very hard and created a beautiful design🤩. He and everyone else were very friendly and the salon itself was very clean and professional. I highly recommend Tony and will be back.
