My father was a patient of Dr Clay for many years. He spoke often of the excellent care he received and our family is grateful. My father passed away mid 2024 and I wanted to thank Dr Clay and the staff for all their help over the years.

Dr. Clay has been.our family physician for about 12 years. We find her easy to talk to & she takes time to listen to our concerns & has always been spot on with treatments. She refers when necessary & follows up on all appointments. We feel lucky to have her as our family physician. We also find Arlene helpful & accomodating.

Dr. Sahans is a great doctor, when you can see him, however, calling and trying to book an appointment is a horrible experience - even prior to him announcing his leaving. I’ve never experienced someone who makes you feel guilty and that you are wasting their time when trying to seek medical care.

I would not even leave 1 star if I had the chance. This place disgusts me with the way they treat their patients.

My dad has had issues that he needed a doctor for such as back issues that prevent him from working comfortably, heart burn issues and other medical things that you would normally need a doctor for. He calls and begs for help on messaging machines and never EVER gets an answer back. He has had appointments that he finally was able to get (once in a blue moon) and they cancel the day of the appointment when he is finally ready to receive help. They have done this more than once. I’m just absolutely baffled that this place hasn’t been shut down yet. It makes me scared for my dads health. I’ve also seen other reviews saying that patients have been left without INSULIN FOR WEEKS. Sickening. Hope something is done about this.

The staff at the clinic are all very friendly. They are always punctual with appts. I've had very few problems getting hold of them, and they always return my calls if I need to leave a message. I see the nurse practitioner, Leanne Crump. She is attentive, thorough and responsive to my concerns. I couldn't be more pleased or grateful.

We're so very happy with Dr. Saban's care. He's a great addition to the clinic's staff and to the community. Well educated, smart, great manor, very knowledgeable and you can actually talk to him and he listens. 100% in our eyes.

Dr Clay is the absolute worst doctor in the area. She has left her patients with out insulin for weeks at a time. Refusing to fax referrals into the pharmacy. She should be ashamed of herself. It is obvious that she has chosen the wrong career path. You would be better off seeking care at your local veterinarian clinic than with her.
