Manicure was awesome. She used a stamp and polish to put a pretty floral design on. My nails and cuticles looked so good, and lasted for weeks! Comfortable, and very clean environment too.

Very nice lady and hospitable. Had a pleasant conversation while she did my nails. She did a great job, very meticulous and detail oriented. I would recommend her to anyone. She doesn't try to sell you on anything you don't need and evaluates/inspects your nails and bases her recommendations on your nails and what you want as a finished product.

Olya is awesome, her job is really good, I haven't find a good manicure or pedicure so far in thunder bay until I found her. Overall the experience is 20/10. Best 2 hours being pampered

I really enjoyed my waxing experience with Olya (which is something you usually don’t say after a Brazilian wax 😂). She was very knowledgeable and uses different kinds of waxes for different areas, which I have not experienced before. The procedure was basically painless! Her space was welcoming and clean, I felt very comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have been waxed my Olya for over a year now and she has always done an excellent job! She is so friendly to deal with, personable and her waxing services are awesome! Her waxing space is always clean and tidy. She is always on time for my appointments, and accommodating if I ever have to change my appointments around! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
