I have been to other salt caves, and this is one of the nicest. It is under new management, and the owner was very helpful and informative. The salt cave itself was relaxing and the salt mist was clearly working, which made it feel like my breathing was enhanced. There are zero-gravity chairs and blankets to make yourself comfortable. It was a great time to meditate and enjoy the spa music quietly playing in the background.

I especially enjoyed my massage with Luis, who personalized my session to relieve tension. He worked on areas on my legs that get missed in most massages, and he gave me some suggestions for detoxing. Luis was great at reading what areas need the most attention. It is a Thai massage, so some of the time is spent stretching and utilizing pressure points. I was glad I wore cropped yoga pants for some of the positions. Lastly, my husband and I shared the infrared sauna, which helped to sweat out more toxins. Afterwards, we both felt relaxed, yet energized from the whole experience. I made another appointment before we left!

I personally liked the fact that it was a very different experience then your typically spa experience. Would I ever pay 120 for a sauna, salt cave and massage again? No. I really liked the guy that did the thai massage. It's again not a typically massage. It's a massage that incorporates yoga moves that the massage therapist puts your body through. He was very sweet and had a very genuine conversation which I enjoyed. Other than that I felt it was expensive and I got charged more than 13% tax which made me sense.

What a relaxing experience!! I could feel that my breathing was better after just one session in the salt cave. I also had such a good night's sleep. My 7 month old also enjoyed tummy time in the cave.

VERY poor customer service, I highly recommend you do not waste your money here. My boyfriend requests for 1 female and 1 male therapist ahead of time for a couples massage and when we show up (from a 1 hour drive) they tell us they have to take turns with us and that they only have 1 male therapist. Than when we kindly said we do not feel comfortable with that and want to have a couples massage together (which is ideal) they flipped on us and told us to leave as we wasted THEIR time. Also the place looks so fake and unnatural, spend that money and go to Scandinavian Spa 100% better or anywhere else to be honest.

My wife and I had a wonderful day today at the Oakville Salt Cave. The new owner Anna was very nice, helpful and accommodating to all our questions about the salt cave and its benefits. Luis was very knowledgeable and gave a wonderful Thai Massage, and we topped it off with some time in the Infrared Sauna. It was a great and relaxing experience we intend to repeat.

Had a wonderful experience today. The new owner was so friendly and welcoming. The saltcave is so peaceful and relaxing, I even fell asleep. Had a detox in the sauna which felt amazing and then had a beautiful Thai massage. I'm relaxed and feeling wonderful.

Amazing experience. This place has a NEW OWNER and she is LOVELY. This was the best change for this place and business. The service is excellent, prices are great and the salt cave is beautiful. The infrared sauna is my favorite. They are soon having yoga classes inside the salt cave, truly cool. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Visited the Salt Cave this past weekend and had an amazing experience in the Infrared Sauna and in the Salt Cave itself. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The cave's upkeep is great and we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!
