Beautiful spa. Very clean and elegant. However, $21 for an eyebrow wax plus an additional $24 for tint for a total of $45 for wax and tint is VERY expensive compared to other local places I’ve been to (usually around the $30 mark). I told the aesthetician I just wanted my brows cleaned up and unfortunately left with my brows a lot thinner than I wanted.

Nothing like a wonderfully relaxing pedicure! Nourish Spa was so amazingly clean before the pandemic, that very little needed to change.
If you get the chance try the Elemental Reset. It's awesome!!

I recently experienced the spring seasonal pedicure at Nourish and was blown away by the level or care and service. From the moment I walked in the staff was so attentive, helping me pick out a perfect polish colour since I wanted a specific sunshine yellow. The service was very well done, they walked me through each step and did a very thorough job. The hot stones were definitely my favourite part but I also appreciated the themed touches like the lemon tea and the lemon shortbread from The Shortbread Company. Highly recommend!

I read about this place and heard good things so I thought I'd give it a try. I had 3 services done: eyebrow wax, naked manicure and an amplify pedicure, I also added a healing hands hydration treatment. The eyebrow wax was done well however I did get several lumps around my eyebrows over the following couple days after which normally doesn't happen, I had to use Benadryl to bring it down. My manicure wasn't great. They didn't do everything that was listed in the package including the add on treatment, but I did question them about it and they did remove the cost of it to accommodate for that reason. However, I never received a nail soak and my cuticles and skin around my fingers were not cleaned up properly as well as my nails were uneven and chipping. My pedicure was mediocre, my water temperature fluctuated a lot but they did try to correct it every time. However my toes weren't painted properly even after asking them to fix them. Also my leg/foot massage wasn't great. The other person I was with was still getting a massage at the same time my lady started painting my toes even though we started at the same time. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and welcoming, the lady I had do my services made the vibe feel a little unfriendly and uncomfortable. The other lady who was with the person I went with was very nice and friendly on the other hand. It was very clean in there with a nice ambience. It was very expensive, even with the discount it was $170. I wanted to try to get a better mani and pedi for the start of the warm season that I thought somewhere like this would put in a little more effort than your generic $50 mani/pedi combo salon, but unfortunately the generic place actually would have been the better choice. Also not a whole ton of parking in the lot, it was packed full and people were even parked in non parking spots, it was very difficult to maneuver.
UPDATE: I originally gave my review a 2 star, but have upgraded to a 3 star for their lovely customer service. The salon had me back for a redo, so I went with my friend and we had a girls night out. My eyebrows were done much better and I had no lumps whatsoever this time. My manicure included everything this time and they took their time and gave a little extra attention towards it, however my fingernails were still not cleaned up around the nail nor were they filed properly. Plus I had asked for no colour, just a clear shine on my fingernails. They assured that the polish they were putting on was no colour (as I pointed out that it looked pink), however, it ended up being pink. My pedicure was also better, perfect water temperature this time around, better massage this time, however my toes were still not painted properly and was missing a good chunk of polish at the bottom of the nail (but there are salons that do paint them that way, so that could be why). The lady I had this time was pleasant and kind and made me feel more comfortable. The parking lot was also better this time around, however it wasn't full.

I had a lovely, relaxing experience with the Harvest Spice seasonal pedicure service today! The staff were very diligent in checking all of the products for my allergens, both when I booked, and again when I arrived for the service. The space was very clean and welcoming. Emma was kind and detailed in her work on my pedicure and I left feeling so calm. My feet and nails look fantastic! I have already booked a manicure for next month and I'll certainly be back for another pedicure soon!

I was disappointed not only in my manicure at Nourish Boutique but the overall experience. Although the physical space is clean and has a nice ambiance my experience was not satisfactory. The 'bot' booking service was frustrating and impersonal, I had questions about the services and there was too much back and forth with a bot that could not properly answer questions. On arrival at the location, customers are not greeted at the door, rather they are directed to message a bot or call a number that no one picks up, my daughter and I had to wait outside for several minutes in the rain before someone let us in. The service I received was nothing over what I would get at a cheap and cheerful salon. When my aesthetician was being too rough on my cuticles, I asked for her to be more gentle on them - I was then rudely asked twice if I would like to do it myself. My one hour treatment as per the menu, lasted less than 45 minutes. For a total of $70.00 I was not only underwhelmed but was disrespected. The attached photo is a picture of my nails the following day.

I don’t like leaving less than five star reviews however, after today I feel like I need to leave my honest opinion. First of all the physical space is very clean and welcoming. The staff and customer service are also lovely and I have absolutely no complaints about anyone. However I have to say I’m a little disappointed in the services I had done today. I booked a naked manicure and the organic autumn pedicure. I wanted a low maintenance manicure as I’m pregnant and due in 5 weeks but what I received was definitely something that I would’ve probably paid 30$ for in a nail salon. I know it’s more of a spa atmosphere and you pay for the experience but I would expect that 8hrs later the nail polish wouldn’t be chipping off my fingers already especially because I haven’t done anything today. The pedicure was relaxing however I felt like it was a little fast especially since it was supposed to be a scrub, massage, mask etc. it felt the same as getting a pedicure at a regular nail salon. I also did not receive the hand and arm massage that was supposed to accompany this treatment. I didn’t realize this until after I left and looked up the pedicure details online otherwise I would’ve said something. Again, the girl who did my services was very friendly and kind no complaints against her or the actual space itself. I just feel that for 165$ I should’ve had a more spa like experience and not services I could’ve paid 70$ for at a regular nail salon.
