Moi et mon amie avons adoré notre expérience a cette hôtel! Le personnel étais professionnel et as notre écoute, quand nous avions des questions, ils se faisaient plaisir de nous répondre et de satisfaire le mieux possible a nos demandes. |L’intérieur es superbe, et il y avais une salle de détente avec des jeux de société, se qui était génial. Le terrain es immense! |Pour les restaurants, bien que c’étaient vraiment chère , la nourriture était bonne avec une bonne portion. |La chambre que nous avions pris avant 2 grand lit, super confortable et très grande avec un divan, une place de travail ainsi qu’une télévision que nous pouvions facilement brancher son ordinateur dessus pour pouvoir utiliser netflix, disney+… et pour aussi brancher au besoin sa console de jeu vidéo. |Bref notre séjour était génial et si jamais nous devons retourner dans ce coins, nous allons certainement choisir cette hôtel !

Fabulous. Crystal was sensational, helped our group of 5 with everything we asked for. Great customer service. Food was lovely. Spa services, hot tub, sauna and rooms were nice. I loved all the India touches in decor. Felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Loved Rebecca’s yoga teaching.

We came here for a getaway weekend just to relax and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Staff is so accommodating and friendly. The spa services are amazing, the best massage I have ever had and the food is incredible!!! We will definitely be back

The spa treatment was great and so were so many other things, but there were some points that might have wanted to know before paying the very expensive price for a day pass and spa treatment. 1. A woman being given a full body massage by a man without being asked if she's comfortable with that didn't sit right with me (my service didn't even say full body, it said forehead oil treatment?) 2. For a place that charged 250 dollars for that service alone (plus 300 approx for the day pass), the amenities were softsoap body wash and dove shampoo? And while I loved almost all of the items on the high tea tray (delightful scones) - there were hardened (store bought?) stale cake and brownie on them too. A little extra attention to detail would go a long way when charging so much. Sharing just because I was disappointed by these oversights. The location is nice, it was clean with a nice view, lunch tasted nice. And I did enjoy my service. But keep the other points in mind before you spend

Came here with a friend for international women's day and had a lovely day including a yoga class, hottubs, sauna, express massages lunch and high tea. The high tea was probably one of the most delicious I've ever experienced.

As far as spa experiences go, it doesn't quite compete with the local spa competitors in the surrounding areas in my opinion, HOW EVER, I will say, the one thing that made this experience one to remember was the manager on-site, Kathy. She went above and beyond for us all day long (despite the chaos on-site that day)and did everything in her power to make sure we had the best day ever.

We really appreciated her care and attention to us and her generous approach making us feel very special. I would come back here just because of her. They are very lucky to have her, I would probably only return here unless we were guaranteed to get to work with her again.

I just returned from a wonderful two day visit. This is not high luxury but is everything I look for in a spa. The location is lovely, the place is spotless, and the food is delicious. The bed was comfortable. Most important, the treatments I had were terrific and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I am already thinking about my return.

From the moment you step into this beautifully designed spa, a profound sense of tranquility and calm envelops you. The exotic decor and the subtle scent of sandalwood immediately transport you into a peaceful state of mind. The warm, friendly staff go above and beyond, making you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your visit. My husband and I booked the couples retreat, and it exceeded all expectations — it was truly everything I imagined and more.

Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and inviting, setting the perfect tone for our stay. The yoga session was both relaxing and mindful, led by a knowledgeable instructor who guided us through each movement with ease. We chose the Ayurvedic therapies and were fortunate to be treated by Jithen, a master of his craft. His calm, patient demeanor made every moment feel deliberate and unhurried.

The locker rooms were spotless, offering a well-stocked steam room, sauna, and outdoor hot tubs, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The food was outstanding, prepared with care and presented beautifully, a true reflection of the spa's commitment to excellence.

The manager's thoughtful check-ins throughout the day added a personal touch, ensuring that everything was perfect — an extra level of attention that made an already extraordinary experience even better.

We left the spa feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I can't wait for our next visit!

My friend and I stayed here and we had the most amazing, and relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are lovely and clean and the atmosphere is very peaceful. We loved the hot tubs and the food was amazing! I highly recommend a vacation here, we can't wait to go back!
