Dr Jolley, is a very compassionate, caring doctor that will not hesitate to refer you a Specialist or clinic for opinions. Dr Jolley has been my physician for 6 years,and I am fortunate to have been a patient of hers for this time. Dr. Finnigan is an amazing doctor and only have the best things to say about him.
However, they need to reconsider who they keep at reception. Not all, but majority of the admin staff should really show more compassion. Extremely disappointment with the way they interact with patients who are in vulnerable situations.

We consider ourselves lucky to be patients at this clinic. Given how difficult it is to find a Family Physician, this has been a very good fit.
The good: Dr. Dean is thorough during appointments and takes time to explain things and never rushes us out. The nursing staff are kind.
The not so good: They are quite busy so it's difficult to reach the office assistants by phone. Appointments must be booked weeks in advance and I recommend doing it through their online system.
However, this is quite normal and in fact better when compared with experiences with other clinics.

This has been an excellent clinic for me so far. Every health care practice is struggling right, now but all my appointments have gone very well and I really like my family Dr here. Wait times are not too bad, they’re best first thing in the morning.

Will start by saying my doctor and the nurse we met over the years are both good. Reason for the bad review is the office administration staff. Constantly putting appointments far out, calling wrong numbers, not taking things urgently when they should. We have to constantly follow up on results and not get updates. When the Doctor themselves call back right away should some referral not get booked as soon as it should, administration staff doesn't seem to care or take it seriously.

Dr Beth Jolley is an amazing family doctor. She is a good listener, pays full attention, gives her time and doesn't seem to be in a rush. She is on time for her appointments and is amazing with little kids. She went above and beyond to make my 3 year old comfortable.

Edit - Dr Jolley is amazing but the wait times has gotten crazy these days. I am waiting 30 min for my 2 month old appointments.
