Nevskaya is a tremendous Russian Banya Sauna spot. Rest assured, you can have a fantastic rest here in the evenings. I really enjoyed how hot the sauna rooms are - the only minor thing I'd love is a colder water tub for the cold plunge experience

The Russian couples that own the spot were very friendly to me. The place is cozy and comfy. I passed out on those long benches again and again while drinking the delicious complimentary herbal tea.

The dining area serves a classic Eastern European menu, with home-cooked dishes prepared to perfection by the owners. Combined with top-tier service, it makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Rude Owner – Unacceptable Treatment

I had a terrible experience at Nevskaya Sauna. Instead of a relaxing visit, I was rudely kicked out by the owner without a valid reason. Their attitude was unprofessional and completely ruined my experience.

There are many other saunas where customers are treated with respect—this is definitely not one of them. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

My visits to Nevskaya Sauna have truly exceeded my expectations.

From the moment we first walked in, the experience has been warm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing. The owner, Olga, personally gave us a tour on our first visit, and her kindness and hospitality instantly made us feel at home.

The space is always spotless. You're provided with a robe, towel, and a sheet for the lounge chair—keeping things extra clean, which I love. All you need is a bathing suit and some sandals, and the rest is handled. They even offer food and drinks, so once you're in, you're taken care of from start to finish.

I’ve been to saunas before—mostly in gyms—but nothing compares to Nevskaya. It’s not just a sauna; it’s a sanctuary. A beautiful ritual I look forward to each month, especially for unplugging and spending time with my girlfriends.

I’ve seen some reviews that don’t reflect my experience at all. I love that the owner is present and involved. You can tell she treats her business like an extension of her home, which only adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Olga has always been kind, respectful, and incredibly clear with communication. As someone who values great customer service, I can say she’s been nothing but professional and pleasant every single time.

For those planning a visit, I recommend checking the “Updates” tab on the website beforehand. Women’s Night isn’t every Tuesday, and the schedule can shift—which is totally understandable for a small business. A quick check there ensures you arrive on the right night and get the full experience.

Thank you, Olga, for creating such a special space. Nevskaya has become one of my favourite self-care rituals, and I’m so grateful it exists.

Absolutely love this place. Everything from the service to the food is incredible. Very well kept and maintained. Never dirty or in need of a wash anywhere with staff constantly cleaning and taking care of the place. Food is delicious, never had anything I didn’t love. Saunas always super hot and water is kept nice and cold. 10/10 will always come again.

Absolutely charming sauna! Stellar service — Olga and Alex are kind and attentive, and go out of their way to ensure you’re having the ideal sauna experience. The place is sparkling clean! It’s the cleanest banya I’ve ever been to. Everything looks new and well maintained. There are 2 traditional Russian saunas, 1 steam room, and 1 infrared. They are all a great size, and when we asked for the temperature of the one we were using to be increased, Alex made the adjustment no problem. I also liked the rocking chairs to relax in.

Complimentary tea and cookies! With lemon slices! It’s really a very welcoming and charming place! And Olga’s restaurant menu has everything you could need — and beer on tap! Delicious food. Tip: put in your order for food when you arrive and the expected time you expect to finish the sauna, and Olga will have the plates ready for you at that time.

This is truly a wonderful place, and I will definitely be returning. 10/10 experience all around!

Best find in the GTA in years. As for the low ratings directed towards the owners - they’re Russian. If you’ve been to Eastern Europe, their directness shouldn’t come as a surprise. I found them pleasant.

Были компанией около 10-12 человек. Самая баня нормальная, но вот сервис (кухня) полный ужас. Позвали к столу и женщина в годах (она же повар и официант в одном лице) выносила еду по очереди, по одной тарелке с интервалом в 5-7 минут. То есть сидят 10 голодных человек и смотрят как один ест свои хинкали! Потом один доел второму принесли! Вы представляете как это выглядит и как проходит общение за столом?! Вообщем сервис ужасный, баня ничего. Если чисто попариться, то приезжайте!
