UPDATE 2weeks later.. still waiting on the regional manager to contact me… after the store manager told me she would contact me once she returns… my bangs are still falling apart… chemical cut bangs. COOL. Customer service negative stars.

I have been going to natural solutions for a very long time now and the stylist who started doing my hair is a master stylist. A very nice professional woman. Over time (the past few times) I have been less than impressed by the results, and the price is extremely expensive. The last time I had gone to have my hair done was this Saturday .. I asked for a bronde colour- I had grown out highlights and regular root regrowth (I did try to add a bit of box dye shadow root to a couple inches along the front which was permanent.. didn’t think it was a big deal as I requested BRONDE.. now.. I have yellowy blonde? Fried bangs.. my hair was super healthy.. and really bad 90’s stripe highlights.. NOTHING like I had requested. I did call asking for a refund and the manager of natural solutions was unable to give me a refund.. I do have an appt to get it fixed. The problem is.. will it be what I asked for? Will my bangs get healthier ? Like I am absolutely ticked off right now and the integrity/colour of my hair. I’ve been in absolute tears over it. I do NOT. Recommend natural solutions for the cost, and how up and down the services are. Like sometimes they do well and other times hair looks awful. I best get a refund or partial once the regional manager returns and I will not be back. (Side note- how are you a master stylist without knowing how to properly do a route melt or bronde colour? Instead fry the bangs to get blonde when you really didn’t need to over process them for what I wanted. So mad!!!! The fox was even worse. (Just added a photo of the ‘fix’) if the managers of natural solutions think that this is an OK dye job then… I don’t know 😅 I need a refund or a REAL fix.

I have been going to this salon since November 2024 I have had two haircuts there. I had some highlights done and they turned out terrible. Went to get them fixed (still not looking good). They charged me $18.00 for a bang trim even though I have had my haircut done there and was making another appointment. Never should have a hairdresser charging for a bang trimon a repeat customer. This place only wants your money. No wonder they are all at the cash when you check out. I will never go again.

I have been seeing Gina here for 2 years. I have gotten colour and cuts done by her which all have been AMAZING! She is so caring, friendly and easy to talk to. She takes her time and has never made me feel rushed. Highly recommend asking for her!!

Last night I was desperate to get help with my hair and feeling pretty low. I managed to walk in and get an appointment with Hannah. I'm still grinning at the results, I've never been asked the sort of questions so specifically about what I wanted and she did exactly what she said she would the whole way BLbut she also wasn't afraid to try things. I haven't been happy with a haircut in years and I have a hard time being honest after normally. A great hair cut can change so much and I really appreciated her bookish vibe before I even sat down, she's very comfortable to talk to as well.
