Natasha was so kind and gentle with our pup! We have a border collie/Australian Shepard who is not great at cutting her nails. Natasha was able to get them done without harming our girl. She smelled amazing and had the cutest bandana on when we picked her up. Definitely would recommend and we will be going back 🙂

Natasha is an amazing groomer and took such good care of my pup Chanel! She was so soft and smelled amazing. Definitely recommend Natasha 's Paw Spa to anyone in the Port area. Can't wait for Chanel's next appointment.

I dont know if she is an expert groomer but the way she cut my dogs hair i knew shes not a groomer ! Why? Because she sure messed up my dogs hair!!! 👎🏼 I was looking for a new groomer bec my dogs old groomer was moving to niagara falls and its out of my way so i went to pet valu and asked if they knew a groomer around port and they gave me her card so we did made an apptment for my little dog so after work and coming home getting excited to see my dog and her new hair cut SADLY she murdered my dogs hair its not what i wanted and my husband even show the picture what i would like for her hair and unfortunately she cut the hair WAY too short everything was a mess the hair was not evenly cut the nails are still long i will never go back to this one and i will let my friends that has dogs not to try this one bec of this! Its really bad haircut ! 👎🏼Everytime i see my dog i cant help but shake my head , wish i went to another one but she is the closest one!!! I gave jer 1 star just for the heck of it ii sure i want to give her 0 star 👎🏼
