I came here to have my nails taken off today and was charged $57 for it. She ripped them off with a false nail instead of soaking them in acetone. My one finger is so bruised and sore from it. I really wish I had not come here.. my fingers feel destroyed after what she did and $50+ to have nails removed is truly outrageous. I will never be back.

I have been going to this salon since I moved back a year and a half ago. A lot of people I know go here to get their nails done and at first it was great. However, this last visit was the last straw for me. I’m really disappointed and disgusted that I was allowed to leave this salon with my nails looking like they do. I even asked for another coat of polish because it looks very splotchy. Mind you I paid $130, for a job that doesn’t look good. I left visibly upset! The owner and main nail tech Danny explained away my request as if it was the polishes fault that the paint job was splotchy because according to him “it was a hard color to paint.” So apparently that is a good reason to allow your customer to walk out of the salon unhappy and with their nails looking terrible. I have the same color on my toes and it looks great. This is not the first time I have made requests to Danny in particular to fix something on my nails or do a certain design, fix the shape, file on the edges, or even remove some visable dead skin around my cuticles. He completely disregards costumer requests, and it’s not just his costumers. I have seen him treat his staff so harshly it was embarrassing. I am not alone in feeling this way about Danny as a few of my friends have experienced the same things and have not returned. He has taken FaceTime calls while doing peoples nails, he has been rude to costumers that ask for him to fix something. He treats them like they are an inconvenience and he needs to move on to the next costumer.

I’ve included pictures of this particular incident. I tried to capture how terrible this look but the pictures really don’t do it justice. They look much worse then the pictures even show but you can clearly see how rough around my nails beds things look. I tried to also capture the shape but it was really hard. I left today with a splotchy and sloppy paint job with bubbles and hair in it. Again, I asked for it to be fixed and was dismissed.

Now not all of the nail techs are this way. The visit before this one I had a wonderful experience and the young lady that did my nails was kind, and did a beautiful job which is why I went back. However, I will not be going back after being treated poorly several times before and including this incident. Even, after being a loyal customer for over a year.

Absolutely the best place to get your nails done. I’ve been to quite a few different places and none compare to this salon. I visit once a month to get my gel nails redone and they last forever. Everyone is friendly and they are all very knowledge and give you only the best. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t respect the customers treat customer poorly. Whenever I get my nails done from here they chip or the paint comes off the 2 or 3rd day I went in agian to get it fixed and the 2nd time they didn’t even do it properly one of the worst nail salons I’ve went to I have showed them my concern the owner blocked my phone number if your looking for an amazing nail spot go to Kingston it’s called Amethyst Nail Studio!!!!!!

Danny, Amy & their team are lovely people - perfectionists, who ensure you're happy with whatever service you choose 😊 The atmosphere and cleanliness of the salon makes you want to stay all day. My daughter and I have been frequenting Napanee Nail Salon since they opened in October 2022. HIGHLY recommend 🩵

Absolutely best place in the area. Very professional and clean. Owners are lovely, always smiles and positive energy. Have crafted the bio gel manicure to perfection, they give the best advice for shape, color and listen to what you want exactly. Prices are very reasonable. I take my daughter's all the time- ages 4 and 3. They accomodate every time, including the time I took my 10 month old baby with me, he started getting fussy. One of the staff with my permission gladly held him and walked him around the salon so I could finish my mommy me time. Wonderful place. Has become my go to treat myself spot. Highly recommend

I recently switched nail salons. Way easier to go into Napanee from P.EC than fighting traffic in Belleville. The owner, Danny, is great! He’s done bio gel ( not that “powder gel”) sets on me and they look fabulous. The shape is on point for what I wanted. Will be my new salon from now on.

I highly recommend this nail salon. Danny and Amy are both great and super friendly! Im always satisfied with the service they provide. Amy takes care of my eyebrows and Danny is excellent with my nails. The salon is clean and smells fresh every time I come. Love it!!!
