Loveee these nails, afforable. payed 70$ and i got a pretty cool design with chrome and crytals w a french tip. the pic i showed her vs what i got are added. she couldve guven me a darker blue but i also couldve asked😅

I just returned from getting my eyebrows waxed, and I am in excruciating pain. The lady literally waxed off my skin, and it feels like my eyelids are on fire. I can barely open or close my eyes due to the intense burn, which is incredibly frustrating. My eyelids are so swollen that it’s hard to believe how bad it looks, even if the picture doesn’t show the full extent of the damage.

I wish I had noticed it sooner because I would have spoken up immediately. Instead, I left feeling shocked and disappointed. If Google had a way to give negative stars, I would definitely use it because one star doesn’t come close to capturing how terrible this experience was. I won’t be going back there again, and I urge anyone considering this place to think twice. This should never happen during a simple eyebrow shaping.

(EDIT: I went back in and Chocolate fixed them free of cost as they saw my review! They look better now, though i wish she did more to fix up my cuticles.)

I went into Nails Nation this weekend for the first time to get a set of acrylics done. I was greeted kindly and since i was early i was told to wait. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time. The ladies working were really sweet and apologized though.

After picking a crystal design, the nail tech forgot to do it and just went ahead just to do a pastel pink on all my nails which was fine with me but a bit disappointing. 🙁 (She was really nice though!)

!! The biggest problem i have is that my cuticles were never pushed back and nothing was trimmed or fixed up before doing the acrylics… i didn’t notice this until i got home and saw that my cuticles looked awful still and the acrylic was all over them. I've heard that leaving acrylic on a cuticle like this can lift the nail quicker, make them fall off sooner, lead to skin problems around the nails and can trap moisture / bacteria. !!

It’s a day later and i’m regretting the $50 + $10 tip. I thought a simple cuticle cut/clean up would be included with a service like this, especially for $50. I just wish they turned out better - they just look a bit messy.

My normal nail technician is on vacation visiting a sick family member so I decided to go somewhere close to my house to get A gel fill, which normally takes 45 minutes and is pretty cut and dry. It took this woman 2 full hours! Not just that, it was the absolute worst job I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s been a 2 days and the nail polish and nails are peeling off. The shape of the nail (which she blamed on me) was absolutely garbage and when I asked her to fix it she said it was my nail and then after she roller her eyes, I told her how to file it because she put too much gel and it looked a little bit better. I will never go back to this place and I would recommend that you save your money (this place was also $10 more expensive than the place that actually does a good job in less time) and I even left her a tip! So frustrated.

Called this morning at 11:20am and asked if they could fit me in same day for a full biogel set. They said they could take me at 12:00, which was perfect!
Friendly service and friendly customers!
I haven't had my nails done in many years and this was a perfect pampering!
I am very happy with the outcome!

The staff at this location are very friendly. I specifically asked for Candy, under recommendation, and she was super helpful. My nails are weak and have been over-filed, but she was kind and accommodating. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely go back again!
