and found Helen and May very efficient! The pedicure and the massage was nice
Special mention to my manicurist Lina ! and Annis . Effective and Delightful! For Cats eye ask for Candy! Highly recommended

Disappointing.
Booked for 3 bio gel sets with my daughters, first time for the one. They rush you to pick your colour & get started before even asking what you want.
While the ladies that did our nails were nice, the quality of the work was poor. My nails were crooked and wavy from the side profile and one daughter had her nails lifting within a week.
The front receptionist is rude and unfriendly. She didn’t explain the pricing difference based on paying cash.
For $240+ this was absolute robbery.

I booked my appointment in person right before closing yesterday and had my appointment this morning at opening. The place looked very clean both times I walked in. This was my first time getting a service at this salon and the experience was very positive.

Linda was the nail tech I had. She was very kind and ensured my nails were done just the way I like them. It was a very enjoyable experience with her!

Prices were very reasonable as well (got a bio gel refill). Already looking forward to coming back here for my next refill!

Me and my daughter both had full sets last week. Both of us left the store totally not satisfied.
For me the tech was so rude and she neglected my comments and charged me more for French nails that looked way far from professional.
For my daughter, she kept on asking the tech to shorten her nails but she insisted on keeping them so long and cause my daughter is a bit shy she couldn't argue back.
At the end I paid more than 150 dollars and returned home so unhappy.
I even tried to message them my complaints, but no one replied back.
Will definitely never go back to this place.

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for years. Initially, I thought that only Candy, a technician, was rude, so I made sure to request that she not be assigned to me for any services. The reason for this is that she had not only been rough while removing my bio gel nails, leaving me with a few cuts, but she also tried to intimidate me with her facial expressions and by rolling her eyes. Can you believe that? I didn’t want to judge the whole salon based on one employee’s behavior, so I asked the owner, Christine, to make a note in my file never to assign me to Candy, and they obliged.

Today, I walked in for an overlay refill and asked Christine about the sparkling color on her nails. Since the same range didn’t have a lighter shade, I decided on a nude ombre. When I sat to select my color, the technician (whose name I don’t know) instructed me to sit at the station. I explained that I was still choosing my color, and she insisted, “Go sit there,” pointing to the station. Assuming she might want me to see some color options at her table, I gave her the benefit of the doubt.

As she started working on my nails, I inquired about the color, and she showed me the shade unhappily. I liked it and agreed to proceed. However, the entire service turned into a nightmare. She aggressively pushed my hand toward the UV machine, made unpleasant facial expressions, and got the nail filing wrong, resulting in visibly different shapes and sizes that she had to redo three of them.

When it came to the ombre, she covered three-fourths of the nail with the effect and raised her voice, asking, "Do you like it or not?" She repeated herself in that raised voice. At that moment, I realized that the language barrier was not the issue; she was fluent when she wanted to express something unpleasantly. I am still shocked by her behavior and the rudeness I encountered.

As much as I had hoped that the salon owner would address this inappropriate behavior, it felt justified or backed by Christine. Not charging me for the incomplete service is not a real solution. In the past, I have tipped generously to technicians from whom I took services. It’s the unacceptable roughness and rudeness that have upset me to an extreme degree. I hope you understand that customers seeking these services are not looking for monetary discounts in exchange for tolerating your staff's ridiculous conduct.

My mom has been getting her nails done at Nail Boutique & Spa for yearssss now. She eventually talked me into going over a year ago and I’m so incredibly glad she did. Not only is everyone extremely friendly they’re also very talented! I always walk out of there with such a confidence boost. We will honestly never go anywhere else to get our nails done. Keep up the amazing work!

I come all the way from Hamilton every few weeks to see Nicole for my biogel overlay fill. She’s really great with classic looks and fun designs— and so precise! I get so many compliments on my nails ever since I started coming here!

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. My daughter did gel extensions, her nail tech did not listen to what my daughter wanted and did whatever she wanted. My Manicure and pedicure weren’t good as well. While cleaning and shaping she did it not do it properly. Even while painting my nails it wasn’t done properly, as she was painting all over my skin and didn’t clean it up.
