This was referred by a friend and my first visit was a good experience!! The front desk staff was very welcoming and answered all our questions and doubts.

Frank was very polite and ensured I was comfortable and made sure to check the amount of pressure was as per my preference. The aromatic drainage massage was very relaxing and soothing. Looking forward to my next visit again. The place is well maintained and clean.

This was referred by family and my first visit was not disappointing at all!! Andrea made sure that I was relaxed, comfortable and given the amount of pressure with just what my body needs. The lymphatic drainage massage helped my body feel at ease and she takes an extra mile to also recommend what kind of massage your body needs to recover from stressors. Already booked my second & third appt with her. Customer service is amazing & the place itself is very clean & aesthetic! 🥰 🌱

I had an amazing experience at the Massaje + Wellness Clinic with their RMT. Claudia was incredibly skilled and attentive, providing both a relaxing head massage and a rejuvenating foot massage. The tension in my shoulders melted away, and my feet felt so much lighter afterward. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm and inviting, and I felt truly taken care
of throughout the session. Highly recommend for anyone in need of relaxation and relief! Definitely will be returning for more sessions.

Really great place! They ask questions prior to the massage to ask for focus points and how much pressure you want. Do a very thorough massage focusing on each part of the body. At the end they show quick stretches to do at home if needed. The staff is amazing and focus on the needs, the space is clean and relaxing making the whole experience memorable. The direct billing makes my life is easier. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had PRE natal Massage Therapy with Claudia Hashimoto today morning and i had a great experience there. Everything was so tidy and clean and staff were very friendly.

01/12/2024: Replying to the response from the business.
"We offer same time treatment or same room massage," no you do not provide a same-room massage. And if someone books a couple's massage, asking clearly if it would be in the same room, you should say no, as the rooms are different and you just open one small door in between.
"We are not spa", I never said the room was small, kindly read the review properly before responding.

Your whole response shows your arrogance toward your customers. Maybe you could have just apologized about not mentioning the two separate rooms for a couples massage before booking instead when we were already there.

Worst experience: we asked them if they offer couple's massage and they said yes so we booked it. When we went there, they asked us if it is 'really important ' to do a couple's instead of separate; excuse me The reason they asked was because they don't have any room for a couple's massage, instead they just open a small door between two rooms and call that a couple's massage. Worst people, just want your money!

Norielle was fantastic and did my massage therapy. It was my first time and it was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
