Firstly, it is so refreshing to have warm and welcoming, friendly faces at reception. I’m unsure of their names (or who I was speaking to when adjusting my booking over the phone; she was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful!) but they are just lovely. I had an hour massage with Naomi, and she was fantastic! I have had a lot of massages in my life and she gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. Excellent pressure with the perfect amount of pain and purpose (knots and general soreness she worked on) while also relaxing. Thank you so much! Will be booking again soon.

Every time I book with massage addict I am disappointed. I used 150$ of my massage benefits for a massage that was not up to standard. I booked reflexology that was not performed properly and when I brought it to the receptionist attention she did not seem to care. She didn't ask questions or try to make it right. I wasn't disappointed with the therapist he was nice the actual
Massage was good but it wasn't what I asked for or expected. I’m disappointed that my benefits went to waste.

Dr. Dave was incredibly thorough, made me feel extremely comfortable by listening to each of my concerns and then fully explaining everything from the reason for the issue to exactly what he was going to do to attempt to help me with it. Dr. Dave made me feel as if he had genuine concern for me and was personally invested in helping me solve my issues which I have never experienced with any chiropractors I have previously seen. I don't have enough good things to say about my visit and the experience I had.

I have been seeking treatment for a few months now for a past shoulder injury that caused me a lot of pain and discomfort. Since getting treated the pain and soreness have become less frequent, however, after not being able to stretch my arm out straight for nearly 5 years, I discovered after my last treatment with Aaron that I am now able to do so, without pain and soreness. I’ve been smiling since then, Aaron is an outstanding RMT and I couldn’t be happier with the service that he provides

All i got from that message was pushing to several pressure points. I did not feel any relaxation after that message. My neck was stiff as it was before the message. MT started the message 10 minutes later but finished exactly on time that means i only got 50 minutes not full hour. Will Never book with Josh MT

I came in with muscle spasms. I had booked the time slot for therapitic and deep tissue massage but the gentleman who did the massage focused on finding out the root cause of the muscle spasm as I keep getting them once in every few months. He educated me on the root cause and gave me a massage specific to the issue I had came in for and by the end of the massage I was able to stand straight again and my spasm was 80% gone. I am so glad that I got this massage. Otherwise, I would've just spent 2 to 3 days in bed and just taking anti inflammation pills. I'm bad with names otherwise I really wanted to mention the massage therapists name.

The spa was exceptionally clean, and I was warmly greeted by the receptionist upon my arrival. Alyssa, the RMT, provided an outstanding service. Overall, I rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10.
