Receptionist’s are incompetent at responding to emails and if you subscribe to the 12 month program (contract), and they have no flexibility even when the therapist’s availability forces you to miss a monthly scheduled appointment or you are ill. After 20 months of loyalty, it means nothing to this organization. I had a 12 month program and did not sign a new contract and they still charged me for missing a month even though no contract exists after the first 12 months. I would not recommend purely based on the front office staff and the inflexibility of their policies. I’m now forced to dispute the credit card charge as fraud by them. ( again, no contract after the first 12 months) Update: an email barring me from the facility because of how rude their staff was to me and I stood my ground. Stay away!!!

Jasmine, was exceptional. Very helpful, talented and friendly. One of the better experiences I can recall having. I have already rebooked for January and my wife is going to be booking with jasmine now as well. The location at Taunton road in Oshawa was warm and friendly. Just honestly, save yourself the headaches and go see these guys. Especially Jasmine.

While I absolutely loved the massage I had, the pricing is a little extreme. I usually go somewhere else and pay much less ( almost to the tune of $40 less) for an hour massage. The girl that treated me , listened to my instruction-I need light pressure due to health issues and she was fantastic. I liked her so much that I re-booked, regardless of the cost.

Dr. David Carroll is so honest so knowledgable and so smart I literally will go to no one else other than him ever again. Because I went to him and everything was perfect and then I moved, so I went somewhere else and it was awful
So I went back to this massage attic to go see him and it was back to being amazing. He believes in quality care and quality items and my experience with him is so good that I will only be dealing with him.!! IF HE LEAVES THIS I WILL BE GOING WHEREVER HE GOES!!!

I love the staff at this venue. Every time I have been there, I have felt like they genuinely care for their clients. This week, Charlene went out of their way to help me sort out a change in appointments because I forgot to call. They noticed what appeared to be a mistake and reached out to me.
I have been seeing your chiropractor, David, for a back injury, and I feel like he is happy to see me, genuinely cares about my health, but never makes me feel like I'm seeing him more than necessary.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this branch

I'll preface this by saying I went to Massage Addict randomly because of an email saying I should be using up my benefits before they reset for the year, I hadn't been in a few months so I said, sure let's do it. It's been hard to book a massage same day for the last few months but I was surprised when there was a spot for the next day around noon, I booked it and went over for my appointment.

I always just choose a random RMT when I go as they have all been pretty much the same level minus a few that have stood out and if I try and get the good one I remember from a previous time they're booked solid when I want to go but that's just how life is sometimes.

This time the RMT I booked was Klara who I had never met or had the experience of booking a massage with before, and on top of having a very pleasant personality, hands down she gave the best massage I've had in my life. She was knowledgable, professional, pressure was fantastic, relaxing, hit all the spots I was having issues with and even a couple I didn't know I had an issue with.

Such a rude receptionist. I actually think she was talking about me with the massage therapist who then came to check me out. I guess she didn't like my vibe and proceeded to gossip about me with the massage therapist. Such a disgusting experience. I felt so violated. Keep in mind you are paying $145 for the massage. Disgusting.

I had a decent experience. The facility was very clean. I enjoyed my massage. The rmt was very thorough and informed me I need to strengthen my shoulder blades, so I have been working on that. I do however wish he had of applied a little more pressure to a bad area. He did assure me less pressure was sometimes better. Overall I would return to this location.
