Very nice salon, the decor is chic and clean. Nice size in the foyer as well in the back. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out. I had Suzanne and she was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend booking with her! I’ll be back!

A Disappointing Massage Experience

I was looking forward to Massage session by Anik. However, my recent experience was far from satisfactory.
One of the most concerning issues was the lack of transparency regarding the masseuse. There was no clear information provided about their qualifications or experience. Additionally, I was only informed at the very last minute that the masseuse would be wearing gloves during the session for male clients, this is NO GO for me! This detail should have been disclosed well in advance, especially considering I had booked the appointment a month earlier.
The front desk staff also seemed disinterested to reveal such details. If you decide to cancel they charge you $50 but what about their misinformation? This lack of communication left me feeling unprepared and somewhat uncomfortable I guess the bad reviews say a lot of things already.
Overall, the entire experience was disappointing. I would strongly recommend that Massage Addict improve their communication with clients and provide more detailed information about their services and staff.

I booked an appointment with Dawson and I have to say he was one of the best! He listened to all my concerns and during the massage he explained everything. He took extra care in areas where I had told him were my pain points. Absolutely an amazing experience with him being so knowledgably. Would highly recommend Zichen (Dawson) Chen. Thank you!

I don't like to give out negative reviews but this isn't the first time me and my wife have had issues...

My wife booked an appointment for the both of us, when we arrived for the session only her massage was booked. It made absolutely no sense because I spoke to the women on the phone and provided her with all my information. Why did I provide that info if my massage appointment wasn't even made.

Little to no effort was made to try and resolve this. It's so frustrating when we've both taken time out of our day and work only to find out they didn't even make my appointment.

This isn't the first time it has happened. The admin is absolutely incompetent and I would not recommend this place. Waste of time.

I highly recommend Massage Addict & in particular Lukesh S. at the Oakville Oak Walk Drive location. Over the course of the last month my back health has improved dramatically – I have moved from being very immobile with constant pain to near full mobility with almost no pain, what a relief. Lukesh has been very patient and accommodating with me and has communicated very simply and effectively what the plan was and what I could expect week to week. His treatments were very effective as well as the “homework” he left for me to do. Very much appreciate his work and recommend him as a massage therapist.

I did not like my massage with Weijie Kevin and Lukesh Sharma. Kevin elbowed up and down right on my spine bone and it hurt a lot, he also didn’t really massage, he more so just rubbed lotion. Don’t recommend him. Lukesh was late to the appointment, took so long talking and didn’t come back to the room for a long time. He started the massage 18 minutes after and did not extend the time to account for his tardiness. He also was very rude. I did not have a good experience with either of them.
