I had a lovely introduction to passion flower shower gel and rose massage bar. Simran was the lovely, sweet, kind sales associate that pampered me with a hand and arm wash followed by a lovely hand and arm massage. This location is staffed by the nicest folks that truly are here to help make your day special. Thanks again and happy sales everyone. Love the vibe as well!! 🙂💯

Absolutely amazing staff their TMNT set has some outstanding scents, but I have to say the sticky dates line is out of this world. The staff on shift where Dee, Maddie, Meraya and Tai they were all amazing and even worked as a team to help me get all my items 🙂

I had a great time finding my Christmas gift today. Jonathan was incredibly helpful, listening to what I wanted and making sure to point out where to find each of the items in the gift boxes so I could check them out for myself. I was helped immediately and check out was very fast

This shop has truly one of the best customer service I've experienced. Fran (hope I spelled that right) was so kind, welcoming, and educated. She was able to answer all my questions, recommend products, inform me about future launches, and above all made my experience incredibly special. I left the store with the biggest smile. First of all, the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered, especially Roman and Fran who helped me. I specifically came in looking for hair products and Roman took his time with me, him and Fran were very knowledgeable and even tested the products on my hands. I’m pleased with everything he recommended and excited to try them at home. I love this location and will for sure be back. You never know what someone is going through and just the energy alone in this location brightened up my mood. You guys are awesome! Thank you so much.

Left lush SOBBING because of the kindness I was shown by Debra🥲, she was super amazing and kind and I've truely never met another person like her. She was not only educated on lush products but also life and offered her support when she didn't need to. She told me her main store that she works at is Oshawa Center and I honestly hope she has the most amazing life and shines as bright as the stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

I always knew of lush, but was never crazy about it. After coming in a few times, I’ve grown to love the products and the staff in this particular location. I absolutely love the energy the staff brings in toward customers. They truly make you feel good in your own skin, and go above and beyond to help you find products that are suited for you. I went to an event this past Sunday, and I can truly say that I feel I’ve built amazing relationships the staff, and found products that work wonderfully for my skin and hair (not to mention the body sprays omg). I look forward to coming back soon!!
