Allison styled my hair for my wedding, as well as for 5 of my bridesmaids. It was a tall order on a hectic morning of getting ready, as most of us have long, thick hair, but she got it done in a timely, professional way and we all LOVED our hair. It also held up against some really wild rain that day, and I felt gorgeous until the end of the night (through literal rain, snow, and a wild dance party at our reception). She’s also super sweet and lovely to chat with, and always goes out of her way to keep you feeling grounded and centred while she’s styling. Allison’s space and energy are beautiful. There's a very special healing component included with hair services that adds a zen and peaceful feeling to the entire appt. Allison's knowledge and expertise with different hair types is immediately evident and she takes the time to talk to about your hair goals and hair care.
I was tired of using so much heat on my hair and asked for a cut to bring out my natural waves. Allison cut the prettiest layers, bringing out my waves and framing my face perfectly. She gave my bangs a fresh look and they practically fall into place on their own now.
This is the first cut that I’ve had that doesn’t need frequent trims, which is amazing because it’s growing so beautifully, even though I can’t wait to go back.

Allison is an incredibly kind and talented person. She gave me a hairstyle that compliments my face shape and also provided me tips on how to protect my naturally curly hair at home. Her space is beautiful and calming. During our conversation we got onto the topic of music. As soon as Allison found out my music preferences she quickly changed the music to my taste. It was a thoughtful act and shows how Allison cares about her clients as individuals and goes above and beyond to make them comfortable.
