Walked in for the first time - was greeted in a warm and friendly manner - my appt was right on time - felt right at home with all the staff - my haircut was great and left feeling very satisfied and grateful that they actually listened to what I wanted and took their time to complete it to my satisfaction . Customer service was 5 star and the owner should be congratulated on the customer service her employees gave every customer that was in the shop that day - bravo I will be back and recommending this place to others !

I am a DIYer when it comes to my hair. I'll avoid haircuts like it's the plague... however, I think Locks has changed my mind! I had great customer service, over the phone, and in store. The lady at the counter was very friendly and kind. I loved the complimentary coffee, and the vibes in the salon! My hair stylist (Janine, if I'm remembering right) was absolutely terrific! I noticed she sensed my unease at first but had no troubles helping me feel comfortable. She did a great job with my hair, gave me some insight on my hair type, and we had some good conversation too! I've never had such a good, relaxing experience at a hair salon and I definitely know I'll be back. Whenever I need something done with my hair, I can say goodbye to doing it myself... I trust the experienced hands of Janine!

My hair was styled so poorly I had to go home and re do it myself because I couldn’t go in public after. I had asked for curls but half my hair was tightly curled and the other half was straight with kinks in it from the flat iron. The price for the haircut with a jr stylist here is more expensive than what I pay at my usual salon with a highly experienced stylist. The haircut itself was not bad but not worth the price.

Went for spa treatments and Rolanda was excellent for my facial and express manicure. Had a massage by Nicole who was able to pinpoint my trouble spots and fix them while providing helpful tips for stretches. Mohamad did a great job styling my hair. Staff are very competent and provided a nurturing and welcoming experience. I felt like melted butter at the end of my day. I would highly recommend Locks for a truly upscale experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with Locks Salon and Spa. Ashley was so pleasant to talk to and she did an incredible job with my hair. I showed her pictures of what I thought might be nice, and asked her what she recommended. Her years of experience really shined though because I love how she took my idea and made it work for my hair. All the staff were very kind and they even called me later checking if it was my earring that had been lost. It wasn't but I appreciate the effort !! 10/10 would go again ❤

I have been going here ever since I was a child and the staff is amazing! Nora cuts my hair and she is wonderful. She always does a great job! I highly recommend this place!
